overall everything’s great for me. The location is good. We stayed for 2 days. Room was clean, and they also cleaned the room and change towel when we went outside, but we only got 1 keycard. I also expected could get a toothbrush but didn't, but that's okay, plenty of 7-11s to buy.
One thing I took into consideration was that the bathroom glass was a bit transparent, luckily I was with my family, really weird if we had to stay with friends 🫣

It's a modern local hotel chain but not my preference even at the economical price. There were a series of little problematic things that would prevent me from booking again. The property is behind the city electrical sub station and on a busy part time for South Pattaya road so easy to miss and a long way to turn around. There was some difficulty and delay checking in. The internet log in was a challenge and despite asking for help still had to figure out on my own. Despite being adjacent to the electrical sub station, they still lost power my last day, a huge explosion on the telephone pole as an insulator blew up, then several hours to repair, so I left early lugging my suitcase down 5 flights of stairs. So not for me.

The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the beach. The closet seven eleven is 8 minutes walk.

Ummm staff is not that smiley and friendly but the room is great just don’t have toothbrush and toothpaste for you, the bed was okay nothing special here. Not far from the Walking Street and the beach
