I stayed at this hotel for three days and it was a hotel where many tourists stayed, so the security was excellent. There were three elevators, so I didn't have to wait much, and I was comfortable because I could walk to various tourist facilities. When I chatted with the manager about the items I needed, such as towels, they were immediately resolved and they were very friendly.
After checking out, the manager found the clothes I had left behind, and I asked about how I could get them because I needed them back home. They responded kindly and recommended that I receive them by courier. On the way to Bangkok, I was worried, but I was really glad and grateful that they solved this problem. I was very touched by the kind managers who resolved the customer's slurring mistake.
That's why I recommend you to stay in this hotel with such a kind manager and excellent facilities on your trip to Pattaya. Once again, I would like to express my gratitude to the managers through this review.

It’s not a hotel, it’s a serviced suites. No one there to check in. I take the room key over phone. But room was nice.

Great location to Central mall, pubs, restaurants. Room was a service apartment therefore much equipment available like fridge, washing machine and microwave oven.
