The location was a little tricky, but we found the place. The service was great. I enjoyed the spa, but would skip the onsen if it’s packed. Since it a family resort, it can get loud. I was looking forward to the food because I heard great things. My friends and I thought the food was okay. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, especially since it was quiet. I can imagine it being very crowded during peak season.

Large swimming pool with cleanliness, the only thing that i don't like about this hotel is they open the music at pool bar 10.00 am-10.00 pm and it's quite loud. I stay in my room and still can hear the music. Breakfast is good
