The rooms are clean, however because there are fruit farms nearby, might have few insects time to time
Receptionist is amazingly friendly and also helped to upgrade one of our rooms to a more comfortable one.
Absolutely enjoyed her hospitality
Parking is ample, the driveway is a little tight, as long as driver take caution should be fine. Short terms visitor parking will be at back
Location is strategically near a 7-11 and not far from Pattaya Beach or famous malls (might still need a grab or grab rider)

Cannot find in the Google maps. Only have thai name in the google maps. if you want to find it in the google maps, 1 st translate it to the thai languge and search. place little bit far from the beach. have parking space. clean room. Worth for money."""This place is perfect for those who prefer a quieter stay away from the hustle and bustle of the beach. After exploring the local area, you'll be glad to return to this cozy spot. The staff are friendly and always ready to help with any inquiries you may have.
The rooms are well-maintained, and it really gives you that homey feeling.

The location is a bit far from the main attraction, which is terminal 21 and Soi 6. But the room itself is quite big for the price you pay.

No WIFI, no housekeeping, poor cleanliness
Reception told us we were upgraded, but considering the condition, I'd hate to see the other room. We were also told NO wifi available at all. And no housekeeping service. So they left 2 bottles of water by the door in the morning. Nothing else!
Fortunately we were only booked for 2 nights! It seems that the hotel is really more for long term tenants. It really isnt a proper hotel.
Large room… dirty! Gecko poop in halls and room, dead flies inside. Floors showed dirty footprints. I needed to clean the footprints and later we noticed our feet were dirty walking around barefoot.
Large fridge which also needs cleaning. The only thing clean in the room was bedding and towels.
Old fashioned furniture. Peeling paint and door taped to conceal cracks!
Outdoor balcony has a very dirty sink and clothes rack.
Microwave with a bit of nice crockery. There is a table to eat on too. Electric kettle.
Surprisingly, there is a large safe that actually works!
Elevator. Coin water dispenser at entrance.
Limited covered parking...mostly reserved for long term stay. Additional places behind hotel up a steep ramp. Spaces are tight and not enough for all the guest cars.
Very narrow streets to get to hotel.
Rooms quiet, except for geese squawking in neighboring yard.
Clearly this place is designed for long term tenants! There are similar throughout this area advertising monthly rooms.
