The overall experience of staying with this hotel was perfect and amazing. The reception staff are so cooperative, friendly and always ready to help you... The rooms are so nice and about the location it's 10/10, by walk beach access, by walk local foods options and most of the attractions are on by walk distance. Over all experience 10/10

Big room but very old. Alot of dust. The light colour very orange, it's very dark. Location good cause is near central festival pattaya and beach.

Excellent staff, very spacious room structure and cleaning staff's sensitivity, central location, terrace view is great, I definitely recommend it and will stay again.

the rooms were so big! For a solo user, the bed was so comfortable and the space of the room, toilet and balcony was really spacious.
The location is perfect if you want to experience pattaya since it is walking distance to the beach and the market at the back.

**Booked Deluxe Sea Room for ₹6200**
**Pros:**
1. Very close to the beach—walkable distance.
2. Excellent sea view from the balcony.
3. Clean and spacious room for two.
**Cons:**
1. No breakfast included. The in-room dining menu is quite limited, offering only English breakfast options. However, there are numerous breakfast options available on Beach Road.
Overall good experience at this location for the price :-)

Room was too dirty and dark. Near streets are too dirty and smelling something odds. And workers aren't friendly and haven't any care. Pls repair your rooms and add lights.
