Dear Glow Pattaya,
We checked in for our stay on October 31, 2025, in a Deluxe Corner Premier room for one night.
Upon entering the room, we noticed a musty and smoky odor. There were hair strands on the floor and table, and more importantly, black debris on the bed and pillows. We informed the staff, who offered to show us another room. However, the second room also had the same musty smell, dirt on the floor, and stains or oily marks on the bed, making it unfit for our stay.
Therefore, we decided to cancel and requested a refund, which was denied by the hotel. After this experience, we have no interest in staying at this property again.
Good luck with maintaining this level of service and lack of responsibility.

Glow In Pattaya is my favourite hotel, I have been there many many times, very good price, professional and friendly staff, rooms are clean and big (deluxe room), very good location!

This is my go to hotel in Pattaya. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the beach but the on-site pool is nice.

Our stay was okay, but there were several concerns. The cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, needs improvement—there were visible stains. We were also assigned to a separate building that felt less secure, with open access to anyone, unlike the main building where the reception is located. Additionally, there was a loud argument between guests just outside our room, which disrupted our stay. Better security, soundproofing, and cleanliness would really help improve the experience.

GLOW PATTAYA HOTEL is mostly preferred by Indians. Think I'm the least Chinese staying. My room was corner which was big n great..BUT so near to roadside which I can't soundly sleep for 2 nights.
Breakfast was below average.
