I put down a 6,000 THBdeposit and received a 4,500THB refund upon checkout. I didn't use the minibar, and I paid for breakfast in cash. This is a scam hotel. Be careful. It's my fault for not being able to check in on the spot because I was in a hurry after the pickup truck arrived, but I trusted the hotel too much. I tried contacting them hotel email and Trip.com, but I haven't received a response. This is a ******** hotel.

We had a good time staying there. The pool is huge and the view is outstanding. The beach is right at our backyard. But the location is a bit far from downtown.

I recently stayed at Royal Cliff Terrace and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers excellent food, a breathtaking view, and a fantastic swimming pool that’s perfect for both relaxation and fun. Its convenient location near the beach makes it an ideal spot for beach lovers.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. While the overall experience was great, I feel it could be even better with more recreational activities for guests. Adding amenities like arcade gaming machines, ping-pong tables, and billiards would provide more entertainment options, especially for families and groups.
I would also love to see more retreat activities, such as yoga classes or guided tours, and more promotions or special packages to make the stay even more enticing.
All in all, Royal Cliff Terrace is a fantastic destination, and I look forward to returning!
