The room is a one-bedroom apartment with an invincible infinity pool on the rooftop. You can pick up the key by yourself and there is no contact throughout the process. It is perfect for people like me who are socially anxious. The apartment is very clean and safe. You need to punch in to enter the elevator and gym. There is a garbage room on the same floor, and there is no odor. The room has dual air conditioners, which provide excellent cooling and are very quiet at night. Close to the Northern Bus Station, it is very convenient to travel to and from Bangkok. The only drawback is that it is relatively far from the pedestrian street and songthaews. I don't like taking taxis, I always walk to Terminal 21 and take a songthaew. However, if you want to go to Terminal 21, you can walk there directly. It is a straight road out of the apartment and it takes about 15-20 minutes. All in all, the price/performance ratio is very high, I recommend it to everyone!

The room has been updated, has balcony, water boiler, no microwave. The bed is comfortable and not too hard, medium. Staff is friendly and helpful, room cleaned daily. Many good restaurants located very nearby. Good value with online booking.

It should be newly opened! I haven't seen it on the platform several times in the past two years. It's really good and affordable! I remember that this location was also a youth hostel in 2019. I don't know if it was the same owner before! That was my first time in Thailand so I have a deep impression!

Stayed here for 3 days.. almost perfect 5 stars. See below.. PROS: *Convenient location, right beside the Soi 6 area, also beside beach road, in the middle between Terminal 21 and Central Pattaya shopping malls. Also there is a large night market right beside, few mins walk. Many places to eat around here *Comfy beds *24/7 hot water *Kettle and fridge (didn't use) *Free tea *Free water x2 *Got 2x small shampoo packets and 2 bars of tiny soap *Towels *Balcony - I washed and dried my clothes out there. The view was meh, but then again I only went out there to dry the clothes *2 single beds.. can sleep on one and put stuff on the other *Nice vibes at night.. can hear all the lice bands playing in the bars nearby (not a issue, slept pretty well. The music stops around close to 3am CONS: *Lack of windows - the room is a little dark when you walk in. Bathroom has a few tiny glass windows at the top, but useless as it doesn't let any real light in *Lack of ventilation in bathroom (see above) - there's a slit at the top where there's some air coming in and a net covering it to stop insects from crawling in.. this is the only thing you can depend on to dry the wet floor *Furniture a little outdated, But for the price can't really complain. Very nice place overall, I will definitely come back and stay again - recommend if you want something Central and not bothered by loud music from the evening to the early mornings

It’s good hotel with reasonable price. They have everything you need, bed, towels , shampoo etc. Guys on the reception was very friendly and welcoming. They helped me with everythingii, like I needed a knife to cut mango, i got it, handed me with a plate also. I had an early check in, so it’s okay my room wasn’t ready yet, and I left my bags in special room and when it’s all done my bags brought to the room although I can manage it by myself. Room with a good view, but I must say very noisy(((

The apartments are new, everything you need is there. But! There is no reception, you need a local SIM card and after you call, a girl will come running and bring the key. On the one hand, it is inconvenient, on the other, no one controls it. The location is excellent.

Very nice hotel 👍 the room was clean and well equipped. The stuff is friendly and helpful The only problem there is no elevator and if you’re traveling with elderly person it can be difficult for them to go up stairs

Has tested the test of time . Stayed her multiple times generally polite helpful staff. Nice pool well shaded in afternoon for those hot thai days. Food is generally excellent . Recommend rooms at the back as the front rooms can get noisy from the street bars.

The rooms and common areas are well-cleaned. There is no elevator, so if you are assigned a room on the 5th floor, it may be a bit of a workout. However, considering the location, price, and room conditions, I can't complain.

This is a good choice for people who just want to stay near city and good location. จองให้เพื่อนอยู่ห้องโอเคนะคะ พนักงานบริการดีค่ะ เราลืมเอามัดจำกุญแจตั้งแต่วันที่ 4 จนตอนนี้บินมาต่างประเทศวันที่ 31 ก็ให้พี่เข้าไปเอามัดจำได้ ส่วนตัวใครอยากอยู่ในตัวเมืองราคาเบาๆ แนะนำที่นี่นะคะ
