Pool access rooms are great for families with children, as you can jump right into the pool from your room. However, if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing stay, this type of room might not be the best choice—expect the sound of kids playing in the pool starting as early as 8-9 a.m.

Overall, positive emotions about the hotel. The hotel is in a good location near Terminal 21 and Tiffany Show. The hotel is old but well maintained, the first room came across with ants, we asked to change the room and we were quickly changed. there is a swimming pool for children and adults, water slides. The breakfasts are normal, the assortment varies. the staff tries to help in all matters. Thanks for the rest.

Love this hotel with my puppies. Small doggy playground and amenities for you pet in the room. Got garbage bags and poop bags everywhere conveniently. Got shuttle service to the beach all the time.

Amazing stay! We booked a Space suite. Spacious. Nice view outside the bedroom balcony and windows. Relaxing stay. Jacuzzi was exceptional my son had a fabulous time. Hotel has small gestures that made you feel welcoming. Some snacks and drinks everyday in case you needed some nibbles. The safe wasn't working twice, said it had an error. Our room was right at the end and staff came and sorted it out from the time I called them to finishing the set up took under 10 minutes. 3rd time I called them the toilet had bubbles coming up from the draining hole. Staff came and sorted it out in the middle of the night in 10 minutes. Really efficient service! Making up room was so fast. I went down for breakfast 1hr. Spotless when I came back. Breakfast was really nice. A large variety and we were able to book in advance for 3 different timeslots to choose from. Avoided long queuing and waiting for food. Any nationality would find something they'd like. The water park was amazing! Big enough for my son to get tired. Suitable for all ages. Water wasn't deep. You'd feel safe. Children's clubhouse was nice. 2 floored. Could sign up for different activities, ensured every child had a fair share of the activities. The hotel would give you tokens where you'd be able yo exchange it for a souvenir or two. This was quite a nice gesture. Hotel is around 10mins walk to a shopping centre and some smaller shops. Big enough to get a nice bite to eat and to look around. Memorable stay, would definitely consider coming back! The hotel was recommended by two of my other friends. I thought it couldn't be that great but it definitely lived up to my expectations and I've stayed in a lot of nice hotels around the world.

Bed had stains and so did the curtains. Not cleaned in years. Rooms are old and dated. No view. Hotel is in an alley. Staff is good and helpful. Breakfast was terrible. Crowded and limited food and not that great. Bed was bouncy and springy. Water pressure is low. Toilet bidet is silly as water pumps backwards

This is the second time this year that I've visited this place. Private beach and large pool. View of Sanctuary of Truth while sunset is stunning. Richful breakfast. Helpful staff. Value money.

Accommodation in the alley There is a parking lot under the building. I stayed here for the first time, the room was clean and tidy. No musty smell Sleep for a long time and return quickly. Did not stay for a long time The staff speaks very well. The maid also speaks very well. Definitely come back to use the service. I like the room style.
