Very high quality five star hotel, amazing staff ready to help with anything please, very clean and large rooms, the hotel is located on a quiet beach ***** but close to the center, the beach has a private beach that you can go down to from the hotel, I highly recommend taking the room with access to the pool. My room is deluxe seaview room including breakfast and the price is very reasonable during this month.

This is the second time this year that I've visited this place. Private beach and large pool. View of Sanctuary of Truth while sunset is stunning. Richful breakfast. Helpful staff. Value money.

My second at this hotel with the most comfortable bed ever. They improved a lot since my last stay. The breakfast still tastes nice as the same. The staff were very nice. They added in the hand towels and nothing broke down in the room. But the thing that annoyed me a little bit was the toilet seat that they put in was not the same size as the toilet bowl and the beach was a little unclean.

The location is great. You can easily walk around to look for local restaurants and massage parlors. The Sanctuary of Truth is walking distance too!

The accommodation is comfortable, the bed and pillows are very good. There is no elevator, but walking up is not very tiring. The room is not soundproof at all. You can hear what the next room is doing clearly. For those who have difficulty sleeping, I do not recommend it.

Most of things were good. Location is little bit far from the downtown. To go to hotel, walk through dark street which has many street dogs and dirty dark places. We were so afraid to walk that way. By the way, tuk tuk (pickup car) is 10 baht for 1 person. If you go between 2 end point, they will ask 20 baht. To LHC hotel from Terminal 21 (where we stayed a lot) tuk tuk is 10 baht for 1 person. If you use tuk tuk as taxi, it will be expensive. Hotel room service was good. Cleans so good. But breakfast buffet is poor. There was nothing to eat except bread with butter and watermelon. Rest of all was for Chinese. I'm asian but not Chinese. Can't eat too much seasoned food. Except above, all thing was fine. We stayed there 4 nights. Air conditioner was good.

At the quiet end of Naklua (baht bus into city right outside), this was just a 1 night stay on this occasion. Room was in in the back building and was very big room with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Fairly basic decor but no complaints about good value. Extensive breakfast choice. Would I return? Yes and I did come back for a longer stay later on my trip.

Great location - a few mins walk from the beach and shops. Nice pool and sun areas. Great house keeping staff and cleaners too. SINE from the front desk who does the morning shift is amazing! Make sure to try out the little fruit stand outside the hotel in the evenings too - quality fruits with reasonable prices.

We spent a delightful three-day New Year’s getaway on the ‘Classic’ side of the hotel. Arriving around 9:00 am, we dropped off our luggage and headed out for lunch. By 1100 am, I received a call informing us that our room was ready, showcasing the fantastic staff who communicated so promptly. The hotel is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated with a Japanese theme. It boasts a spacious layout with stunning city views and a balcony featuring a table for relaxation. On our next visit, I plan to request a poolside view. The room includes a large television, extra bottles of water, and substantial wardrobes. An alarm clock is provided for convenience, and the bathtub is impressively large, with generous toiletries available. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, as well as a minibar stocked with coffee, tea, and a refrigerator. During your stay, take advantage of the amenities, including two small pools, a gym, and a sauna, along with a small playground for children. For those driving, free parking is provided. Breakfast was enjoyable, though quite basic. We dined on the ‘Zen’ side, where the ‘Egg Station’ is located outside the ‘Me Eatery and Bar’ restaurant. This restaurant offers various set menus and a buy one, get one free drinks deal. If time permits, Mandarin Eastville is conveniently close to the evening market, Max Pattaya Boxing World, Mini Siam Miniature Park, Pattaya Park Tower, and the Million Years Stone Park and Crocodile Farm, with several popular attractions within walking distance. Whether you’re visiting for business, pleasure, or both, Mandarin Eastville guarantees a memorable stay in Pattaya. The tranquil semi-remote location provides a pleasant escape from the busy areas of Pattaya. There is no public transportation available, but I learned that using Bolt and Grab is quite affordable. Additionally, motor taxis can be flagged down along the main road; just remember to negotiate the fare before hopping in. However, there were a couple of downsides: although the tap water gets extremely hot, regulating the hot shower proved to be a challenge. I didn’t let this bother me too much, as the water was still comfortably warm. I also had some trouble opening the balcony door, which nearly caused me to miss the fireworks countdown. Also, don't lose your keycards to avoid getting fined. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway and would definitely comeback on the next holiday.
