La atención del hotel es pésima, el internet solo funciona en la recepción. La chica de la recepción es muy mal educada y se ve que trata mal a todos los huéspedes. Me hizó cancelar mi reservación de Booking porque dijo que no servía la terminal y quería que le pagará en efectivo. Finalmente, por la noche me cobró con la terminal y me recargó el doble. En el hotel nunca me registraron, supongo que evaden impuestos de turismo y de la SAT o bien ella se queda con lo del ingreso de los huéspedes. Cuando intente quejarme con los propietarios trajo a la señora que vende dulces en la entrada y ambas dijeron que era la propieraria.

El personal de recepción no es muy cordial al dar la bienvenida. El internet en nuestra habitación nunca funcionó y cada vez que llamábamos nos decían que si estaba funcionando y hasta el último día aceptaron que el internet en nuestra habitación estuvo fallando todo el tiempo. No se disculparon solo nos dijeron que que pena. En el restaurante del hotel la carta anunciaba 3 corundas y nos dieron solo dos, tuvimos que reclamar la tercera; el desayuno llegó frío, aunque la atención en el restaurante muy bueno. La experiencia en general fue regular.
