Primeiro hotel que me hospedo que só tem toalha de banho no quarto - não tem toalha de rosto.
O hotel faz propaganda da refeição . Pedi jantar, a atendente informou que estava sozinha para atender portaria, restaurante , cozinha .
Refeição com fritura não seria possível ( tipo carne , etc )
Pedi sopa e macarrão - fui avisado que demoraria e realmente demorou. Até comentei quando fui buscar que o aspecto não era dos melhores.
Surpresa ao fazer o checkout. Foi faturado duas vezes cada refeição.
Aspectos positivos - a cama é boa , o estacionamento amplo.

bem localizado, tivemos uma ótima recepção, porém, durante a chegada de parte da família mais tarde, que estava na mesma reserva, fomos muito mal atendidos por um atendente noturno, pouco educado e estressado por estar trabalhando na noite de Natal, não serve para tratar com pessoas. No check out novamente o nível melhorou muito!!!!

Excelente estadia, ótimos quartos e o atendimento fantástico. Quero ressaltar os colaboradores Rafaela, Jéssica, Gabriel e Joões (sim, são dois)...me senti no meio de amigos que nunca me deixaram sentir falta de nada, e ainda conseguiram me fazer esquecer que estava longe de casa.
