Hulpvaardig,, vriendelijk. Verwacht niet te veel, dan valt het ook niet tegen..
Zwembad was leeg., maar de temperaturen zijn lager door de hoogte. Dus misschien daarom.

I had a very poor stay at this property, I booked this property as per my experience at Gangtok. This property experience is pathetic and not justified with the cost i paid: 1- Room cleanliness is pathetic, washrooms are dirty looks like 1-2 star hotel. Requested them for good room during check in. 2- I have booked for 2 days, requested for separate room, but they provided the shared room with a gate in between Where other room is making a snorting sound whole night, couldn’t sleep for whole night, ***** with my 2 years daughter and wife. 3-Paid extra for private balcony room, instead of standout. Balcony is full of monkeys and hotel staff said, they cannot do anything about this. Just provided me one stick to handle monkeys. Manager was never present at hotel to resolve queries. In night also, they left complete hotel front desk with Watchmen. No one there to help resolve issues. Overall, I didn’t had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Only food was good.

Excellent service and behaviour. Staff is very helpful and nice. Food is amazing. Wonderful experience in the lap of nature. They have dedicated Kids zone for indoor games. Overall a very satisfying stay. Lancedowne is just 15 min. Drive.

Property good & good ambience . The manger Mr, Tej is amazing guy he have good experience & helpful behavior & also knowledge about Lansdowne. I like his hospitality. Food was good but they should need to add more food of variety in breakfast buffet Thank u Mr, Tej i really appreciate your work

I had an incredible stay at [Summit Jungle Retreat]. The ambiance, hospitality, and overall experience were beyond expectations. A special mention goes to Mr. Lalit Adhikari (Manager) and Mr. Rana ji (Store Head) for their exceptional cooperation and support throughout our stay☺️🙏... Their warm and attentive service truly made our visit memorable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway. Thank you again to the entire team for making our stay so wonderful! Very soon I ll visit again.

4 star hotel facility in 3 star price. It is quite budgeted option compare to others and all the facilities are up to the mark whether, staff behavior, amenities, room quality, swimming pool, play area etc. Just location is slightly far from main Lansdowne.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms.Comfortable bed I love it and sure will go again.Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient

What a stay it was l, I must say this property is the best place to stay in Lansdowne. Things that forced me to write this review is their food, rooms, views from the rooms, provate balcony and the hospitality. You can reach to the TIP N TOP view point in max 45 mins.
