Kasang Regency Hill Resort

After visiting kasang the 4th time in the last 10 years every time i visit lansdowne, can hands down say kasang is the best offering of a hotel resort in lansdowne, Amazing views from the balcony, good food so that you can solely rely on the hotel to have all your major meals. They have have a separate childrens area with playing amenities and a good table tennis table. Also they have about a dozen beautiful rabbits left open to graze in the morning and kept free and not captive so not just a showpeice of rabbits. My travel was realted to birding in and around lansdowne this time and the resort offers great great location for birding on foot just outside as well as inside the resort One can spot himalayan griffons, steppe eagles, bonelli eagle etc in flight as well as perched sometimes (only for the eagles) I also spotted a great variety of birds with special highlights like the lesser yellow nape woodpecker. Will attach all photos below. Now for birding away from the resort the best path is to go to dugadda and then set on foot to search for birds. I was able to catch The Brown fish owl, asian barred owlet, jungle owlet, red billed blue magpies, racket tailed drongo etc to name a few.

Had a complete family feel at this place, great vibes. Would highly recommend this as a great place for weekend gateway The place has good scenic views Staff was very polite & courteous Very easily accessible by road All the amenities very upto the mark

Great hospitality amazing food and service great staff we are no longer be looking for any other resort to stay in lansdowne this is the perfect choice to stay, for any special arrangements staff is really supportive crowd here is amazing and location is amazing
