Pros:-
1. Food is good and well priced as compared to plain areas.
2. Balcony view is nice.
Cons:-
1. Located 300 mtrs down from the main Landsdowne Road.
2. There is no pucca road, it is very difficult to reach out to the Hotel.
3. Staffs are very poorly trained and having no hotelier sense.
4. Room Service is pathetic.
5. Bathroom was leaky, tiles are like public toilets.
6. Mattress is like stone, no cushioning at all.
7. Overpriced Room Rents, should be priced as Homestay not hotel.

overall for the price paid, the visit n stay is good. about location, the property is about 250 meters off the main roads which have poor excess to the premises, amenities ate satisfactory but not upto mark, the main concern is about low cleanliness of bathrooms and WiFi support is too bad or you can worst as there is mobile network of Airtel, jio or vi also not good. about food and service part is excellent. but we have suffer due to lack of wifi support as its a necessity in today's scenerio.

The location is beautiful in the lap of nature, can see the staircase of nature.
The food is of good quality and delicious.
Facilities like outdoor sitting arrangement, availability of music, ample space for dance, arrangement for bonfire are very good.
Staff is courteous and polite.
Special availability of First Aid Box and consulting with medico representative.
Arrangement to celebrate the occasions.
Safe, secure and harmonious for visitors.
