Avenue 18 Resort

First of all - Resort is located in outskirt. you have to face all city traffic of Rishikesh to reach there. Resort services are not up to the mark. No internet in rooms. There was electricity issue at night. And when ppl complaints then resort manager was unapologetic about this. He was blunt that you can leave the resort if you want. I would not recommend this resort with this high price to anyone.

TV not working, AC stops working, HDFC corporate party employee as we aware use abusive language, In night food they don't even have curd, IN morning they don't have fruits in breakfast, even asking to send lemon they don't have it. Don't waste your money such outskirt hotel. Service if you complain then manager not bother about it. Even hotel don't have valley parking they tell you to park somewhere. Don't have internet in hotel room evern phone doesn't have signals and landline don't have dial in feature. You may not able connect with you near and dear one if you are in hotel room. Pathetic hotel don't use it with famil trip.

I had a wonderful experience at the avenue 18 resort. The room were clean and very comfortable. The staff was amazing every staff member I encountered, from the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone!

We brought 48 persons corporate group to hotel and was decided to play music on roof top till 10 o clock . They stopped our party at 9:15 and when after requesting politely with manager ashutosh Deepak and general manager anoop . They switched off our fan and lights . After requesting 10 times papad was not given to us and when we complained about all this on reception then pradeep and anoop were laughing on us . This is worst experience ever had . I will not suggest any one to make any booking in this hotel . And Please also note that hotel is in very much interiors from rishikesh . Aane jaane mein extreme pareshani aati hai This is genuine review if any one has any doubt about this can contact me and take photos videos for the same . I will also claim our all money refund in consumer court .

Good things first- pool is good, view is good and you can access Ganga river by walking down few steps and enjoy there, kids area where kids can enjoy Bad things- parking was a task as they have limited parking and if that is full you have to park 50mtrs away, I guess hotel have more than 50 rooms so keeping that in mind parking space is very limited Rooms are basic, bathrooms are not good, very low pressure Kitchen staff is not honest I ordered mix veg pakoras for tea time in room and I confirmed before ordering and I was told there will be mix of capsicum, onion, potato, paneer, gobhi, chillies pakoda with each 2 pieces which makes about 12 pieces roughly and when I came there was no paneer pakora, no onion and no capsicum pakoda I called immediately and informed them to take back and replace but staff came to take the delievred item but did not delivered the another batch and Mohit or Himanshu said on phone I have checked and quantity is less than what we delivered to your room And I asked him to come to my room with the proof but he refused and finally after 30 min I step down to the restaurant and that time also he was not accepting that the item delivered with incorrect quantity, Thanks to Mr Aqib who understood and deall with the situation and as a gesture he offered another pakoda with almost double quantity but I refused as it was already almost 8 pm, he is a good manager and he should train the staff with honesty that he has and the customer service skilled he has

If you love to relax in lap of nature away from city life it is nice place to indulged into serenity. It has good swimming pool, game zone and discotheque. Behind the resort, at walking distance, there is tributary of the Ganga with transparent clean water. You can sit there and enjoy chirping of birds, river and view of mountains. Rooms are spacious and cozy. Service is very good. Location of the resort is remote but amazing. Tapovan Neer Fall and Neelkanth temple are nearby destinations. This place is only for nature loving people, not for city travelers. Almost all the camps and other adventure activities are neaby the resort. Food with limited options but good in taste. Both veg and nonveg food options are available.
