This hotel is very nice, beautiful, good attitude from all personal and kitchen was great. Very nice place to spend your holiday. Room was very nice, cleaning every day. Every night there are shows. Hotel theritory is large and beautiful with lots of plants.

This hotel is very good and we are really enjoyed our holidays in the sun, staff are great and make you feel comfortable and looked after, special thanks for bar guy Mindaugas , very professional and always with big smile😊, food is great lot's to choose from off food opinions. All area very clean and beautiful. Definitely would come back for another stay. Thanks guys

Just got back from this hotel. It says it’s 5*, which maybe was true 15 years ago. What I mean is that the hotel and rooms desperately need a complete renovation. Rooms are smelly as are some places at the territory of the hotel (it seems to have a problem with sewage). Rooms are “cleaned” daily but the floor still remained not cleaned, even when specifically asked to do so. There is no ventilation in bathrooms. Food: mediocre at its best. No seafood (some overcooked fish is not seafood). Restaurant is quite big and it looks like there’s plenty of variety to choose from but majority of food is either overcooked or barely eatable. Drinks are local (which is no good). Cocktails aren’t good in all the bars. No special food for babies, except that one baby food thing which is served 3 times a day. Service: staff is trying to do its best and speak at least few languages which makes things simpler. I would rank it 4* and only AI but definitely not 5* with UAI (which we paid for). I would suggest strongly consider going to this hotel since there are plenty of much better options for the same price range.

It was worst hotel in Turkey… we and a lot off tourists not come back here anymore. Guys who working in reception not respect people, they give only one card for couple adult, in the room live big lizard. Then we go to reception say what and show video, they say its normal. How can be its normal in 5* hotel live with lizard?? Food…. its look nice , but its not taste , every day its same. Evening events its really uninteresting events…. Drinks and coctails its normal, good. And people who working in restaurant and bar its amazing ! A lot off people got food poisoning and went to the hospital. So we do NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!! Its have to be 3* not 5*

Absolutely overrated hotel. No way it has 4.5 rating and 9.2 on booking platform. The territory is small, not with a lot of nature in there. They are cheaping out on every single possible thing - starting with A/C in hotel areas, only area where is cold is breakfast/lunch/dinner area. Cocktails are average aswell. Food is very average, repetetive & you have to go through 2 locations to get everything you need. Most of the staff is tired and you barely see any smiles.

Dauguma kelionių agenturų reklamuoja viešbutį kaip pamėgtą lietuvių, bet mano nuomone juo galima tik šlykštėtis. Tikėdamiesi daugiau erdvės, švaros ir ramybės, primokėjome už kambart vilose, tačiau vos užėjus į kambarį, pajutome kanalizacijos smarvę, vonios kambarys visiškai sudėvėtas, dušo durys visos suskilinėjusoos, vos įmanoma uždaryt, pelėsiai aplink ir ant dušo galvutės, lempos visos nešvarios, aplipusios. Lovos apačioje atsilupęs kraštas su vinimis, šaldytuvas burzgia kaip sovietinis. Paprašius po paros pasiūlė perkelti į kitą kambarį, kuriame renovuota vonia, bet kanalizacijos kvapas vistiek dominavo ir vonios remontas atliktas "megėjiškai" Užmigt buvo sunku ne tik nuo tvankumo, bet ir šaldytuvo ir diskotekų su būgnais iki vidurnakčio, kurios puikiai girdisi kambariuose. Galiausiai dar grįžom peršalę nuo kondiškių, nes pučia jos tiesiai į veidą miegant. Kokteliai standartiškai limonadas su lašu alkoholio, tik paprašius įpila dvigubą alkoholio, bet pvz pamiršta laimo įdėt be prašymo. Gėrimai vietiniai o ne importiniai, tik alus Tuborg (posė velnio) ir Carlsberg (kartus) todėl Ultra all incl. yra melas. Maistas valgyklinis ir dažniausiai atšalęs, vaisiai paprasčiausi apelsinai, bananai ir slyvos, neprinokę persikai. Turėjom abu ir su viduriais problemų tik neaišku ar nuo gėrimų ar maisto nes stengemės nevalgyt neaiškių jų guliašų ar kt. Užkandžiai pire paplūdimio - poca, sūriu įdaryta bulvė ir dešrainis kurį pats turi pasidaryt :D dešrelės ir dešros yra ružavos (turkiška neaiškios kilmės mėsa su kažkokiu prieskoniu keistu) Pusryčiams kepa kiaušinienes bet reik eilę atstovėt ir gausi pusžalią kiaušinienę apkepusę tik išorėje, kepėjos visiškai nenorom viską daro susiraukusios. Gultų šalia Relax baseino ant pievutės po palmėm visada radom, bet kai kurie sulaužyti, paliktos nuo vakar lėkštės nenuneštos. Beja, iki viešbučio nuo oro uosti važiuot apie 3 val, vien tai vargina (ir tai dar be kamščių) Jūra praktiškai visas dienas buvo banguota, dugnas akmenuotas, reikia spec batų, nes be jų lengva apsibraiẓ̌iot. Žodžiu pagulinėt visai patiko bet laaabai daug minusų, tikrai negrįžtume.
