This hotel in general, is a very nice Hotel. The rooms are very nice, and the staff are very friendly. The food isn’t amazing, purely because there isn’t much Turkish food to choose from. We were disappointed with the lack of Authentic Turkish food options in the Restaurant. I would like to give a special mention to 3 members of staff in particular, Hussain, Pikachu and Kubi. These 3 members of staff are amazing people and are a credit to the Hotel. They alone made our whole Club Sun Heaven Hotel experience very enjoyable, and we can’t thank them enough for their warm welcome, and unbelievably good hospitality. Hussain, Kubi and Pikachu, thank you so so much for just being yourselves and making me and my family feel very welcome. You 3 are amazing, THANK YOU! I wish you all the very best Aaron Blake

There wasn’t much Turkish food, which was one of the main reasons we chose to visit this country. I don’t feel I got much of an experience from the Hotel alone, the food was not good. For the most part, we opted to eat out because of how bad the food was.

The hotel is stunning very beautiful rooms are very clean staff are lovely food could be better no British people here. Even though it was classed as 5 star I thought it could have been better the food was good but a lot of people taking too much which left the choice very limited for others

We stayed here for a week which turned into 10 days after my wife messed up our return flights. We wasn’t impressed to start off with, with staff and food but as soon as we raised this matter with the food and beverage manager ‘Ahmed’ he rectified this straight away and was very helpful. He sent us a fruit platter and champagne to our room and also went to the shop for us when they had ran out of bananas for our daughter. We thought this was very heartfelt. The bar staff are very friendly in the pool bar and we didn’t drink any spirits but the beer was good and they always made sure your cup was full. The entertainment was very good especially when they done the pool party and Kobi was very friendly and could speak good English. The maids always made sure our fridge was full with water for our baby bottles. Overall we can’t really fault the place apart from the Russians. They can be very rude and abrupt and like to push in ques and elevators! This isn’t the hotel’s fault but maybe some more international families and English speakers might brighten up the vibe a little bit.

Generally stay was ok but there are two main factors that make me not to recommend that hotel. 1. Food and drinks. Food was completely boring and not very tasty. Lack of scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. Coffee was totally bad. Lasy but not least alcohol like whisky or rum probably is better for killing bugs than drinking. It stinks and you cannot handle trying that. 2. Hotel focused on russsians rather than international. As much as entertainment for adults was at least in english as well, viewing cartoons for kids on russian only is not acceptable.

The hotel is great, very good restaurants, nice people, good programs, pretty sea, very comfortable place, always clean and we enjoyed so much, it was really great experience. I will recommend this hotel to my family and i would like to came here next time.

Staying at this hotel was a perfect choice! It’s an ideal place to both have fun and truly relax. Boredom? Doesn’t exist here! There’s something happening every day – animations, shows, games, entertainment… You simply can’t get bored. The pools are fantastic – clean and well-maintained, and the beach is just a few steps away. The hotel is incredibly clean, everything sparkles. The service is top-notch – the waiters are super friendly, always smiling and helpful. The food may be a little repetitive, but it’s really tasty and fresh – there’s something for everyone. A huge plus for the animators – Mutlu and Kubi are true masters of fun! Always full of energy, creative, and with a great sense of humor. They can make even the grumpiest person laugh. Thanks to them, the atmosphere is truly special. Another big advantage is the hassle-free organization of trips – everything is easy and stress-free. This hotel is perfect for families with kids, couples, and groups of friends alike. We will definitely come back! 😊🌴☀️
