Everything perfect , good personal of hotel , everybody trying to help ya if you have any problem , personal of hotel speak few languages and you”ll be understood. Good drinks and food. Good pool , good beach , everything clean and looks very fancy. Rooms looks bloody grand , cleaners cleaning your room every day. I’ll recommend that place for vacation.

This place is NOT 5, 4 or even 3 stars!! Hotel in the Mediterranean with temperature of over 35 Celsius doesn't not have ice or espresso machine. The best you can get is cheap gas station coffee. Even their Turkish coffee is poor taste. Rooms are hot AF as air conditioning only operates with you in the room and there is no air conditioning in the hallways and elevators. Rooms don't have any amenities you'd expect at the 5* hotel. This hotel is sold as ultra all inclusive but don't be fooled there is nothing ultra or exclusive about this place, food is mediocre at best, everything is tasteless and they don't even have baklava -IN Turkey . Nobody at the hotel speaks English fluently enough to understand and respond to basic questions. Private "exclusive" beach is disgustingly dirty and chairs are falling apart. Honestly it's embarrassment for hoteliers everywhere. I travel for work a bit and have stayed at Holliday Inns much better than this place. For the same amount of money you can go to Montenegro, Croatia or Greece, each guaranteed many many time better. This is, if not the worst hotel I stayed in my life, the second worst for sure. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I visited the hotel with my friends and we enjoyed everything was great, the service is at the highest level, I have no complaints. food in abundance, drinks and the employees were hospitable any recommendation for the hotel come and see for yourself

This was my first time visiting Turkey and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Well, what a great holidays in Turkey. The hotel was wonderful, great food, good service, good music, and great activities. The staff knows many languages as well. Diane, one of the activity leaders, was awesome. He was so friendly and became my new Turkish friend from Mali.

The hotel is beautiful, the food is tasty, the cocktails are not very tasty. A beautiful but pebbly beach. Internet in the hotel area costs 2€ per day, It is very illogical that you have to pay for a safe in the room.. It's the first time I see something like that. Nice animators, involve in events. And it's a pity that after 0:00 everything is over in the hotel and there is silence. In general, I liked it..

What can I say this hotel is amazing. The entertainment staff especially Tamik is the best. He always greets us with a big smile. He is always happy and jolly. All the entertainment team are amazing. Always there to help. The rooms are amazing and so clean. The maids are wonderful. The restaurant and snack bar always serve good fresh food. The reception staff are always happy to help . Overall this hotel is perfect. Will definitely be back.
