Hotel muito bem localizado. Viajamos em família (casal e dois filhos), e nos colocaram em dois quartos que possuem ligação interna. Adoramos a praticidade desta escolha, pois temos muita dificuldade de achar hotéis que compartilhem o mesmo quarto para 4 pessoas. Além da segurança que proporciona, também ajuda na privacidade. Quartos amplos, bom banho, serviço de estacionamento (com pagamento à parte). O único porém é que quando chegamos, em um grupo de 9 pessoas, havia apenas uma atendente fazendo todos os check-in, o que ocasionou fila e uma demora um pouco maior que o esperado. De resto, hotel justo.

Excelente nivel en todos los sentidos. Comodidad superior, excelente limpieza en las habitaciones y los espacios comunes, amabilidad total de todo el personal y un desayuno americano pero de verdad. Un sueño todo!!! Volveremos sin dudas!!!

Muy venido a menos. Solo había single (un miércoles!) con cama chica. La tarjeta magnética no andaba, hubo problemas con la electricidad, una toalla manchada de maquillaje y me negaron el late check out. La atención... Regular. Me llamó la atención

Reservamos la suite principal y una habitación doble. La limpieza muy buena, excelente disposición y servicio del personal. El desayuno variado y fresco. El único problema fue que en la suite desde que llegamos el aire perdía agua (mucha) y no pudieron solucionarlo, por lo que cada vez que lo prendimos abajo había un balde. De noche el ruido constante de chorrito de agua era bastante molesto. No pudieron darnos otra solución ni una atención por el incoveniente aunque reclamamos 3 veces.

Muy bien ubicado. Excelente atención del personal. El desayuno es aceptable. Las habitaciones son el punto mas bajo, están un poco desactualizadas aunque correctas, limpias y prolijas. Camas cómodas y buenas almohadas.

Excelentes todos los servicios Quiero además destacar la atención que tuvieron conmigo porque me caí en la calle antes de entrar al hotel y desde llamar a la emergencia hasta taparme porque hacía frío fue extraordinario. Muchas gracias

Bien ubicado, casi sobre la calle principal de la ciudad. Desayuno buffet básico, pocas frutas. Habitaciones en suite, regulares, sólo tienen más espacio, pero el mobiliario es viejo y descuidado, sillas con tapizados manchados, frigobar con reducido contenido, moquete sucia. Precio excesivo para lo que ofrecen.

Es un hotel céntrico, pero muy tranquilo, con muy buena atención. Solamente la cochera requiere habilidades para entrar y salir si tiene un vehículo grande. Todo lo que uno pueda buscar en Paysandu está a distancia de caminata, salvo la playa, que está más lejos. Pero se llega en 5 minutos en auto, con un tránsito más que amigable.
