My experience with this hotel was a mixed bag that did not start off on the right foot. The gal at the front desk, Stephanie, needs to go to customer service training. Her manner was brusk and off-putting though I do give her credit for checking (reluctantly) to see if I could get an upgraded room as a Gold member. She did come through on that but never even acknowledged that she did so - I would have thanked her but she just shoved the keys at me. It wasn't until I got to the larger room that I realized that I was indeed upgraded. The room was large and nice but this hotel is older and showing many signs of wear and tear such as one of the doors in the shower was missing (which made for a very wet shower room), the washing machines were out of order as was one of the two ice machines. I could list many other issues. The breakfast was typical Fairfield. The location in Pearl made for woeful nearby choices for dinner though convenient to I-20.

We parked out Big Penske Truck in the back parking lot. We were greeted with a smile and polite conversation. Then we entered our room and were pleasantly surprised, it all looked so new ( reviews we read indicated otherwise so I think they were fake reviews). The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Sheets and bedspreads where white so if they were dirty I would have noticed but they were clean and comfortable. Mattress was good too. We got a complimentary toothbrush and paste since my grandson forgot his. (The gentleman at the desk was so sweet and always ended the conversation with ( if you need anything at all just let me know). Shower worked well and we went down to see about breakfast which was another surprise ( a review stated the time was posted wrong but this was not true, it is clearly posted on the wall). BREAKFAST: another wow, bacon, cheese omelet, boiled eggs, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, strawberries, bread, bagels etc Check out was easy like check in. DIDN’T USE: TV, POOL, WORKOUT ROOM, LAUNDRY ROOM OR ICEMAKER but we saw them.

I stayed on a Saturday night as a stopover on a cross country road trip. This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The staff were upbeat, polite, and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and very well designed. The walk-in shower with excellent water pressure was a welcome treat after a long day in the car. The only negative was the hotel was full of families staying for kids’ sports tournaments so there were endless hours of wound up kids running up and down hallways, etc., but that’s not the hotel’s fault. I drove back through Jackson a week later and stayed at a different hotel a block away and it was a miserable experience. I regret not staying at this Courtyard again!

We are traveling to North Carolina and our stay was for one night. The room was really nice and clean. The location was great. Bass Pro Shops and several other stores are within walking distance. I would like to thank Ms. Willis, (General Manager), Too Tall (Kitchen Manager), and Front Desk Manager (sorry I didn’t get her name), for handling a situation that occurred in the restaurant. These folks went above and beyond to be professional and apologetic. It’s so good to know some places still believe in Great Customer Service! Thank you so much!

This place was perfectly located. We weren't too far from our event, eateries, or entertainment. Hotel is nice. Staff was courteous and helpful. Super friendly. The room was equipped with basics i.e. fridge, TV, super comfortable bed, etc. The TV service is through satellite so a wider range of shows to watch as well. Housekeeping were the real stars. Despite being full, the hotel was spotless and rooms immaculate.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The next time we’re in town, this will be our go to hotel. The room was clean. The staff was great! We got to breakfast a little late, but the food was still good. Everyone was very courteous and helpful.

Check-in and check-out processes were a breeze. The staff members were very friendly and helpful! The continental breakfast was delicious! Wide variety of different options. They even had biscuits and gravy! The apple juice was also delicious! Great location! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's a great hotel bed soft pillow soft clean I used to work their but they do have a messy girl name Eric work their in lobby keep up to much mess thats why I quit really I like the job it some to do other than sitting around house but I want go back as long as she working their with her rough looking self she big and lazy she used to do house keeping half clean room with her nasty 🤢 self if zhe stay out of people business i hope she dont do that in the streets

Location is convenient, rooms are clean and staff are friendly. I usually arrive late at night, but I feel very safe. The parking lot is well lit and the hotel is in a safe area of town. I stay here three nights every month and have zero complaints.

Traveling with our dog is a challenge but we were able to have a nice overnight stay here while on a road trip. The hotel is right off of the freeway so easy to find. We were in a nice suite with a separate bedroom, family room and kitchenette. They have a doggy area behind the hotel but I ended up taking the dog for a long walk in the nice neighborhood behind the hotel.
