This hotel has a family atmosphere and everything you need - friendly staff, good room facilities, wellness, tasty food. All equipment for an active holiday (ski and snow equipment rental), ski bus. Children's corner with great animators. Program for adults.

The hotel is older but clean and cozy, has everything including ski service, swimming pool, sauna, rental, animation program, live music in the evening... Excellent food, nice staff... Parking right at the hotel, SKIBUS in front of the entrance

We spent Christmas in the beautiful Horizont Hotel with our very big family and had a magical time. All the staff were super helpful and very patient with us from the receptionist, to the bar keeper in the Sky Bar to the staff in the spa and ski rental store as well as the animiation team. The rooms and facilities in the hotel are equipped to a high and modern standard, while the apartments in the nearby building are very spacious and perfect for large families with children. The hotel is perfectly located for hiking and skiing trips and offers lots of possibilities to relax after an active day in the mountains.

Very nice place to visit. Nice views from room. Pool area is nice and you can get some drinks there. This hotel needs renovation. Many places is shabby. But there is lot of potential. Elevators is way too small and slow for this tower hotel. Good restaurant and also breakfast was good. Wo got two type of service. Bar and restaurant at low level, there was woman who needs to education to customer service and at sky bar there is really nice staff who were really professional. Especially that young guy who told us many of czech drinks. Overall i could recommend this place, especially if they renovate it.

I stayed at the hotel on 29.8. - 1.9.2024. I know the hotel because I go there with my family about twice a year. This is an older hotel, but cozy and the rooms are nice. Overall I have to praise the service because they are always great and always try to do their best for the customer. I have to highlight the food which is great. Breakfast and dinner are buffets with a large selection. It also includes ice cream, pancakes with nutella and just a lot of it. The hotel has a wellness center with a swimming pool and a Finnish sauna. The hotel also offers massages, which are really pleasant and relaxing. Anyone who visits the Horizont hotel cannot resist a visit to the Sky bar on the 18th floor. The whole team of Pavel, Terka, Fanda and Igor is great and you can ask anything. The cocktails are simply excellent. You really have to try it! Negatives: The water in the pool is not as warm as it should be. The water will be a maximum of 26 degrees. It would take at least 28 degrees. The beds in the rest room near the sauna deserve to be replaced. They are very uncomfortable.

We were satisfied with the service, friendly staff. Great variety of the food and the animation for children. We had a package with the tickets for cableway and sky walk Janské Lázně Stezka korunami stromů. Clean room, good equiped. Nice wiev over the mountains. I would reccomend this hotel to the famililes and also for couples.

The stay in the hotel was absolutely great. Hotel older but clean, swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi included. Very nice staff and absolutely great cuisine. The bar on the 18th floor was also amazing and the bartenders were absolutely great. They mix the best cocktails and each of them had its own story. I definitely highly recommend the stay.

I recommend this hotel to everyone. We did not miss anything in it. Excellent accommodation, friendly staff, sports and wellness facilities. I would especially like to highlight the excellent cuisine. We will always be happy to return to this hotel.
