"location excellent, food was good, amenities n service were good. Experienced problem at the time of checkout as far as UPI payment is concerned. I paid through gpay, which shows payment complete, but they didn't receive it. They didn't even check the bank statement properly. They hold us n we had to pay cash. After a huge conversation over fone, today I received the money back after returning kolkata on 15th. This is ridiculous. "

"A solid choice for a beachside birthday trip. The location is the real highlight—steps from the sand with fantastic ocean views. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good, and all the staff we encountered were genuinely friendly and helpful. While our room was basic and didn't have a balcony, it was clean and comfortable for our stay. Great value for the prime location."
