Parkside Mandarin Hotel Pekalongan

Stay in room 150, the room is ok, the price is ok, there is a bed too, the ac is cold as the previous reconsidered, but unfortunately there is no view from the window. Please GM should be more respecd on hygiene. The restroom in the lobby is dirty, the bathroom in the room also looks shabby, the old door paint is old alias. Old hotel, anyway, the tment is good, it's definitely good. The swimming pool is really good but unfortunately it feels like going to collapse the hotel. 1 lump, many dry leaves are not cleaned, the toilet is also bad. I think if the sahid management would be good, it turned out normal. Staff also doesn't understand the knowledge that there is. Simple example, the room number is not enough. Breakfast is standard once, nothing interesting, boring, the equipment is also less. Fortunately, the restaurant staff is friendly and does not add emotions.

We booked 3 rooms here, 2 executive, 1 superior. Not the best experience nor average. You can say that this is the old hotel, so maybe you could guess how this hotel looks like. The room was not clean enough for me. The light not too bright, a bit humid, saw the 1 dead cockroaches on a corridor. Fly in the room. The AC which not cold (on executive). For superior room I'd rather to say it as ”indekos” than hotel. But I think it's somewhat fair with what you pay. This hotel is quiet cheap. For executive room (3rd grade of their room), it costs about IDR570k (peak season Dec '19) and IDR455k for superior room (the cheapest room). Another plus points for this hotel for me is their restaurant is worth. Not too expensive but have delicious taste. Many people come to this hotel just for eat in their restaurant. Their pool also clean and big enough. Their living room is neat and feels homey. If you just looking for a place to stay, maybe this is the right choice. But, if you also want to enjoy your night stay after a day, maybe this is not fit to you. Anyway, I don't see the elevator on this hotel. So, I'm not sure whether it's available or not. What I see is to reach third floor, I need to take the stairs. If you travel with elderly, make sure about the elevator.

The breakfast menu is quite extensive and familiar to city teams. But there is still a choice of local food on the menu. The place is clean and the swimming pool, although not big, is sufficient, hopefully you can come back to Santika Hotel Pekalongan🥰
