Clean, big room but old hotel, amenities complete. This hotel start from 2001 so already 23 year old but evrrything still ok. Swimming pool outside stillclean. Recommended hotel.

This is the 2nd times stay at Fox Hotel All facility in the room was good About the cleanliness also okay Bathroom hot water is okay Bed is comfortable and clean For some unfortunately not so good arr 1.Only the park for motorbike is unfortunately not too good for hotel guest 2.First day giving shampoo and conditioner instead of bath gel 3. TV not so smooth the network and chanels not much options

Excelent hospitality, Modern Facilities, Best experience with helpfull staff, Gonna be first choice when visiting Pekanbaru in the future. Should to improve for the wifi connection, several times need to reset, I Even using my own celular data..

I have never award a low rate for such hotel, but my recent stay in this facility prompt me to do so. I have been staying regularly here for many years, my last review was from 2013 and been staying here regularly for business, ignoring the fact that the complaints I have written was never been addressed. The facilities are nice with ample amenities. Location is strategic especially for business purpose. Breakfast are nice with ample selection of dishes. Especially enjoyable are the coffee machine, serving for fresh coffee(s) cappuccino(s) alike. However, the check out process is now demeaning. A person called with reminder of check out time with no courtesy, even shut the phone down while I was talking. It was 13.30. Less than 5 minutes later, when I opened my room, with all my luggage ready, to my surprise, I found a person have already stand by in front of my door, asking whether I was checking out or not. I have to express this as a feeling that the hotel was “kicking me out”. At 13.40 at the front desk, I have expressed my complaints to the officers, and no one offering any apologize. Sadly. This hotel was once proud of being the hotel, where the President was staying when in Pekanbaru. We understand that a simple guest should not be treated like the Leader of a country. But to handle a simple check-out without courtesy, that they forgot what a hospitality is

I like this hotel starting from its friendly service, clean and elegant rooms, the lounge with the pool is especially cool, I like to spend time with my family to stay at this hotel especially on weekends. The price is still affordable. Being the advantage of this hotel I like to order the grand deluxe room because apart from the room, there's a huge sofa that makes men move, which is okay.

If you are traveling for bussiness or solo traveling this hotel is recomanded for you, but not recomanded for staycation with family, because this hotel have a small space of room and too narrow. The restaurant for the breakfast is too not really comfort to enjoying your breakfast. Is better you book your room without breakfast, you can find many warrung arround hotel to buy some food for your breakfast.Location near with Pekan Baru Mall easy to walk arround. Overall the services of staff is execelent, they are all are friendly and welcoming guest.

It realy pleasure for long stay at The Zuri Pekanbaru. Every friday we got friday refreshment day from TZPku management, our favorite is Kacang Pukul, typical snack from Pekanbaru so yummy, TZPku staff are kind and helpful. Mba Rika...ma new friend since me already a month in TZPku thank you so much for talking to me taking good care of me with this and that, cleaning staff, FO the one who always received my package on behalf, even the scurity who always opened the door for me..thank you. I stayed for a night at this centrally located Hotel. It is easy to find from the main road and you cant miss this tall building with the WHIZZ word in top from Jalan Jend Sudirman. The location is awesome and fantastic. Check In : was quick and easy since we used Agoda. Was smooth as well. But after the checking in, the person didnt even bother to tell us when is the breakfast, where is the breakfast and maybe offer us a map or ask us if we need any recommendations at all. It was just a simple 'okay done check in'. So we had to find our way up by the elevator. Room : The room is okay-ish, just about the right size and the right level we got. But there are no wardrobe for us to put our luggages or something. The whole room is nice, but the mattress sheet is smelly and stained. I have no idea what stain it was. But it was yucky to say the least. Bathroom : Spacious in size but oh god, why do you need to put semi transparent glasses??????? Breakfast : The choices are really thin. Not much things to try and taste. The seating arrangement is really cramped. For some reason, the taste of the food is a bit lacking. Service : The freaking time you guys chose to service the elevator in the morning????? It cease to operate for 'maintenance' purposes around 8.30am, right the time when people actually go for breakfast..!!! And I was in level 2, my room is in level 11. How do I got up???? When I went to reception to check on the elevator, the guy was cleaning it super slowly. And the other elevator is broken down. Other than that, it is a good stay.
