Excelent hospitality, Modern Facilities, Best experience with helpfull staff, Gonna be first choice when visiting Pekanbaru in the future. Should to improve for the wifi connection, several times need to reset, I Even using my own celular data..

I stayed for a night at this centrally located Hotel. It is easy to find from the main road and you cant miss this tall building with the WHIZZ word in top from Jalan Jend Sudirman. The location is awesome and fantastic. Check In : was quick and easy since we used Agoda. Was smooth as well. But after the checking in, the person didnt even bother to tell us when is the breakfast, where is the breakfast and maybe offer us a map or ask us if we need any recommendations at all. It was just a simple 'okay done check in'. So we had to find our way up by the elevator. Room : The room is okay-ish, just about the right size and the right level we got. But there are no wardrobe for us to put our luggages or something. The whole room is nice, but the mattress sheet is smelly and stained. I have no idea what stain it was. But it was yucky to say the least. Bathroom : Spacious in size but oh god, why do you need to put semi transparent glasses??????? Breakfast : The choices are really thin. Not much things to try and taste. The seating arrangement is really cramped. For some reason, the taste of the food is a bit lacking. Service : The freaking time you guys chose to service the elevator in the morning????? It cease to operate for 'maintenance' purposes around 8.30am, right the time when people actually go for breakfast..!!! And I was in level 2, my room is in level 11. How do I got up???? When I went to reception to check on the elevator, the guy was cleaning it super slowly. And the other elevator is broken down. Other than that, it is a good stay.

the place is comfortable, the food is delicious, and it's very clean, the service is very good, for a good relaxing time, close to the mall, the most important thing is because my father and mother feel happy here and my nephew also likes to stay here, thank you chef 'BENDRIS LUMBAN RAJA' for making delicious food delicious delicious 🤗🤤

I feel being damaged and treated unpleasant here because I'm not safe here because my tire was torn by irresponsible people and nobody knows which side. I complained to ask for the cctv but wasn't served for 2 hours and I started myself looking for his GM. Since we have a job we can't stay, we represent the event party to finish until we get the cctv we want and the gm promise to send it. Very funny, which was initially the information from their cctvs live to us when we complained but until we were out of town the local where we were, they informed that cctv error before the hour and life after the incident. Funny yes like setting and alibi to complain about this resulting there is no responsibility from their management and one more thing to know that the hotel has no security only from the plaza next door, while the parking lot is right in front of the hotel Darling there is no maintenance from the hotel and the plaza I don't know if there is a security that night or not so you business travelers or who will not be safe served there!!!!!! Very annoying !!!!!!! Especially with his staff who don't listen to guest complaints!!!! There's no friendly and can tone higher than the guests.

HMM in general the hotel is great, the hotel location very good bcz located in the middle city of Pekanbaru and near to the Airport. The staff are very nice and had a great hospitality, especially Ms. Nurul ( keep it up ). The room is nice but need to updated about AC maybe? Thank you.

Please pay more attention to cleanliness, the bathroom is quite smelly and there are no towels at all
