We’ve had a very relaxing time. The staff are helpful and friendly, the food was great and abundant. The atmosphere was calm and quiet. It was still early in the season and our son was the only small child there, so understandably the groups animation was not quite doable, but the staff has done everything they could to entertain him and keep him busy. Although the swimming pool is small, the sauna area is large enough to buffer people in and out. The room was clean and had access to a child play area outside. Il though the snowflake covers were cute, I prefer all-white linen. We’d like to thank the whole family for giving us a relaxing break in their hometown and sending us away with lovely gifts.

1. Definitely NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY hotel!!!!! the staff (Old white-haired and middle-agd black-haired ladies) are super rude to kids! I mean super rude and unfriendly! Only a cute dog and Francesca (nanny) made the stay bearable for kids. 2. Rooms are tiny. Family suite is big enough but extremally badly planned (unuseful furnitures take too much space). 3. We reported broken window upon arrival but nobody showed up to fix it during our 7-day stay. Fridge didn't work. 4. Very clean. 5. Food is average. We had fixed menu but we would rather have more pasta than cold platters and soups . It was all tastt but why dont they serve more pasta?! Everybody had tiramisu on our first super and they never served it again. Only ice Cream and other desserts that nobody wanted. Not customer friendly at all... 4. Eco friendly??? Hahaha a good joke!! All the bulbs in the hotel aren't LED... it's so so so hot in the hotel. We slept with wide open Windows and still woke up Wet from sweat. 5. You have to pay for a lost key card! What the hell is that!!??? The 90s'???? I must add that you are given only 1 card per room... So all in all... Yes, this is definitely 3* hotel (nothing more) with very unfriendly owners.

Bellissimo albergo. Situato in una posizione strategica per visitare varie valli e posti magnifici. A due passi dal centro del paese dove rilassarsi la sera dopo giornate dedicate al trekking o altro. Piscina per bambini graziosissima e centro benessere molto bello. Per quanto riguarda la ristorazione abbastanza buona....colazione super abbondante e varia....cena per tutti i gusti. Proprietari e dipendenti molto cortesi e accoglienti. Consigliatissimo

Siamo appena rientrati da questa splendida vacanza in questo bellissimo hotel a conduzione familiare.. albergo curato nei minimi dettagli.. pulizia eccellente..personale cordiale e sempre disponibile.. animatrice molto carina e gentile e piena di idee per organizzare giochi.. mi mancherà tantissimo la vostra cucina che ho trovato davvero ottima ..e soprattutto grazie a voi che siete un splendida famiglia❤️ Torneremo presto..

Siamo estasiati dalla bravura dello chef un menu raffinato per adulti e speciale per bambini , ha soddisfatto qualunque richiesta ! La S.p.A. Da godersi dopo una giornata sulla neve e’ fantastica la piscina l’idromasssggio e la sauna , la zona relax . C’è la sauna finlandese , ma non l’abbiamo provata . Lo Spazio baby club è stato molto gradito da bimbi e genitori . La cena di fine anno impeccabile . Lo consiglierei e lo consiglierò ai miei amici con bimbi , noi siamo i nonni, ma anche per noi è stata una vacanza SUPER 👍🍾

Struttura molto bella, curata nei dettagli e sempre pulita. Proprietari e personale sempre gentili e disponibili per qualunque richiesta. Il ristorante dell'albergo offre una ricchissima colazione e una cena con cibo di qualità e vasta scelta. La presenza dell'animatrice, davvero carina, fa divertire i bambini e riposare i genitori! Decisamente da consigliare!
