Hotel até é bom e bem localizado, mas infelizmente encontramos umas meias na cama, ou seja, a roupa de cama não foi sequer trocada, só arrumada depois dos hóspedes anteriores, uma vergonha. Comunicamos a atendente e saímos pela manhã depois de achar as meias embaixo dos lençóis.

Estaba de pasada viajando y paré a descansar para continuar manejando. Llamé dos horas y reservé. Todo estaba ok pagué 500 reales entre la noche y el estacionamento. Me dieron el apartamento en el décimo piso y omitieron en todo el proceso mencionar que había una fiesta de graduación en el piso de arriba. Imposible dormir. Luego consulté y me dijeron que a la media noche cortaban la música cosa que no aconteció. Escribí varias veces a la recepción y dejaron de responderme. PÉSIMO TODO . Ah y el desayuno es muy básico porque “las panaderías abren tarde”

Hotel não oferece condições de higiene e limpeza aos hóspedes. A quantidade de teia de aranha e até mesmo de aranhas no quarto foi surpreendente. Parece que não fizeram nenhum tipo de dedetização ou até mesmo uma limpeza mais criteriosa. Vedação black out da janela do quarto totalmente ineficiente também. Não recomendo!

A localização do hotel é afastada do centro. Os quartos e corredores com cheiro de mofo, paredes mofadas, mesmo abrindo as janelas não sai o cheiro. Roupa de cama, suja a manutenção dos quartos é muito ruim. Não recomendo. O café da manhã também tem poucas opções.

Não recomendo! já foi bom… sempre que ia a pelotas dava prioridade por me hospedar aí… piorou muito, Internet ruim (se está a negócios não consegue enviar arquivos) até o café está ruim (o café já denuncia que as coisas não andam nada bem) quarto mofado, manutenção não está em dia. Ficaram de enviar a nota e até agora nada. Não recomendo! Não volto mais…

Tomem cuidado cuidado com esse lugar liguei para reservar um quarto, viajei por 400 km com minha família, ao chegar na recepção o valor era outro totalmente diferente. Tive que aceitar para não ficar na rua com minhas filhas durante o feriado. O Café era um verdadeiro show dos horrores digno de uma visita da vigilância sanitária

Hotel aparentemente novo.. mas … quartos sujos, Carpetes mofados e sujos nos corredores… café da manhã barulhento… falta reposição de alimentos e o que oferecem eh muito simples …. toalhas velhas … televisão canais não funcionam … em resumo se o hotel se propõe a espantar clientes, estão no caminho certo !!! Valor diária extremamente cara pelo que oferecem … Ah, estacionamento não incluso no valor diária …. Manchas nas paredes … Na pia do banheiro onde escoa a água estava quase entupido de tanto cabelo …. Ufffa… fica minha dica para os funcionários do hotel …. Leiam o livro que dá título à minha avaliação… com toda certeza eh muito válido !!!
