"I came to Gili Island with my brother and he had a cabin separately to mine. We loved it there, loved the open roof shower although the pressure was very low. The Toilet needed to be flushed 3x before anything went down. It was very spacious and even had a bed up on the loft where you could easily sleep also...the air conditioning was perfect. We are not precious and easy travelers so the cabins were a joy to stay in, our balcony faced the relaxing pool and had plenty of beautiful plants and trees to give you privacy and on the right was the beach. Very chilled and the service was friendly and helpful too. The fridge was the best fridge ever!!"

"It was a perfect stay! Such luxury and the two men who checked us in and looked after us during our stay were just so so lovely!! Would 100% recommend. Nice central location, clean, great breakfast, big comfy bed, fridge, indoor and outdoor shower! Genuinly couldn’t have asked for more we ended up booking an extra night as we didn’t want to leave 💚💚"

And point by point.
1) The hotel is new, the design of the villas is just delight! The most modern, laconic and stylish design!
2) The villa with its own pool is secluded, beautiful and tranquil, you feel safe! Choice of pillows 😄
3) Breakfasts and restaurant. My friends, there are very good restaurants in Moscow, but this one makes some amazing impression. Breakfasts are like in Eva, Gorynych and Zhivago, and dinners are like in Butcher. Prime beef dry age steaks, an amazing selection of wines, if you really want to, you can only find fault with the salmon 🤣 salty)
4) Cocktails and the bar in general! Top!
5) Staff! The highest level of service and understanding of the needs of guests! Manager Manuel and the whole team 💪 Well done!"

"Отличный отель: номера просторные (у нас был номер с видом на сад, не бунгало), приветливый персонал, отличные пляжи рядом чтобы покупаться и загорать.
Завтраки скромные (по меню), но вкусные, я бы поставил 4/5 по наполнению и вкусовым качествам.
Если вы дайвер вам также сюда, здесь есть абсолютно все необходимое для погружений.
В общем и целом 100% рекомендация."

IIuliia MiagotinaI really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Great room design, caring and pleasant staff, delicious breakfasts. Magnificent territory. Dining area with a view of the sea. You can rent masks and see turtles. A beautiful reef to the right of the hotel area, they take you here for snorkeling. Usually arrives after 10 and before 11 am. After lunch around 4.30 pm. In the evening, Disney cartoons. Wonderful pool (far), tennis table and pool table under a canopy. There is a volleyball court.

GGuest UserHad to wait 30 or so minutes for our room to be ready? First room was very noisy from adjoining rooms and above. They obliged by shifting us to a beautifully quiet room which was lovely. Service and food in the restaurant was a bit hit and miss. Overall, if you can book a good room the hotel and location is wonderful.

SsrishtiIt was the best nearest beach hotel. All great amenities. I love the part that cycle goes till our room. Beautiful location. Amazing bathrooms. Just one thing, that the swimming pool water was a lot salty. Otherwise all great.

GGuest UserDon’t believe the pictures in the advertisement! They don’t reflect reality. The pictures pretend that the hotel is at least a 4 * location. The truth is that this is not the case! It is located at a very poor area in mid of the island where local people burn their trash including plastic. The smell is disgusting it is everywhere, in your room also during night and it burns in your eyes. The hotel is run by a group of very young unprofessional boys and I would like to emphasise that they are really friendly, kind and helpful and try to do their best. They also prepare breakfast in a kitchen which is disgusting! Therefore, I preferred to have breakfast at a proper place even though breakfast was included. See the attached fotos to get an impression what expects you and better choose another hotel if you want to enjoy your holidays. I had to pay 400 € for 3 nights, it is not worth half the price. I tried to get a reimbursement but the hotel didn’t accept. They obviously see the hotel as a cash cow and not a place where their guest should feel comfortable. This was very frustrating! At the end Trip. com accepted my complaint and offered me help. My advice: Choose a hotel at the beach, there are so many!

TTigrah12Amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Greeting us on arrival with fresh coconut juice and friendly conversation.
We stayed at the one bedroom villa for four nights. The villa is beautiful, with a big private pool, kitchen, and sitting area. The room is open air, very well ventilated, with a mosquito net around the bed and a fan that blows directly on the bed from inside the net. There is even an AC unit behind the fan for extra comfort, although we found it unnecessary to use. The bathroom is clean and large with a freshwater shower and even hot water! I expected bugs would be a problem, but was surprised by how few were around. The staff brought breakfast to our villa each morning at the time we requested along with hot fresh coffee. (French press coffee. Not instant.) The staff even offered free laundry service for us! Aari, the staff member who catered to us during our stay, is passionate about vegan cooking and offered to give us cooking lessons during our stay.
All the staff spoke fluent English and another staff member mentioned he speaks French as well.
We could not have asked for a more perfect and restful location. Highly reccomend for couples or people looking to get away from the crowds. Please check this place out!

I've stayed at this hotel twice, opting for the modern rooms. While the location is excellent – across from the beach and near the harbor – my experience was marred by some issues.
Cleanliness was average, with signs that the room could benefit from a deep clean. I found mould in the fridge, dirt around the shelves, and a noticeable stain on the floor that was missed during mopping.
Unfortunately, my stay was further tainted by a dishonest staff member who intentionally overcharged me for an iced latte. When I questioned the price, she acknowledged it was expensive without correcting the issue. To make matters worse, she gave me the wrong change. The next day, another staff member quoted a significantly lower price for the same drink.
While most staff members were polite and helpful, the presence of at least one dishonest employee is concerning. The food was hit-or-miss, but the hotel's location and some friendly staff aren't enough to outweigh the negative experiences.
I'll think twice before staying here again, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.

IIsy_bisyThis hotel has so much potential. The staff and service were amazing and super friendly. The location is isolated compared to other hotels but I loved the quiet and the sound of the waves from the balcony of my room. Half the hotel is still under renovation but my room in the other half was beautifully decorated and very clean. The restaurant menu is very limited however with a lot of things being out of stock even for simple things like beer or spirits so no cocktails are available despite having 2 bars which was disappointing. The food I did order was good though. Both the pool on the ground floor and the one on the top are beautiful and perfect to catch the sunset 🌅 Maybe next season will be better because like I said it has the potential to be excellent.

JJoanna’sThe hotel is really nice, we loved the design. It’s authentic. The bed was super comfy and sheets were clean. You will probably see ants here and there but that’s normal considering the surrounding. The hotel is on the opposite side of the port where most people are and what is considered to be the center of the island. However, the island is small, you can make a full circle in about 30min with the bicycle. The area of the hotel is quiet and calm, yet you’ll find many nice restaurants or bars, as well as a market near it. Variations of breakfast are offered. Stuff is very friendly. Worth the price.

The most is honest, I forgot my wallet in the hotel room when I checked out, and the mas found it and then called my family in Surabaya, so I could go back to the hotel and take my wallet.
