"I feel a bit annoyed when I check in as the price show in the hotel's counter is cheaper than I booked via trip.com quite a lot. This was the first time I experienced this as I am loyal member of trip.com and I always book hotel and flight ticket via trip.com. I know the processing fees may be charged so it will a bit expensive than book straight from the hotel but this is the first time the price is about RM100 difference. The location of the hotel is very good, near to many eateries but the service is not good. The floor is broken and the shower has problem. In addition the air conditioner has problem too, some times very cold while some time very hot. We couldn't sleep well due to this problem. No coffee or tea is given, no shower gel or shampoo is given too. Anyway, when I request from the trip.com, they give me back coins which worth RM 24. Thanks for the responsive live agent which I always choose to use trip.com because of they have very helpful customer service live agent."

"Such a beautiful place, having a Moroccon vibes...from lobby down to the toilet...they are tastefully done.
Service was great too. Allmost every staffs i met were very polite and friendly.
The only thing i regret is that it wasnt made clear anywhere on their website, regarding the entry ticket to the waterpark which is not part of the resort. The announcement on the waterpark entrance time and closure are part of the resort website but never include about the rate and they are managed separately. I came with a big family, with 3 family rooms booked thinking it covered the tickets only to end up having to spend so much more on them. There is no linking of the resort website to the waterpark website, implying as if everything is together. I hope this is immediately improved."

A small beach is just 100m away.
The rooms are on the second floor and are facing the sea and residential, but let's choose the sea side.
It's great to see the ocean at this price point.
The room made the bed every day, and the shower has hot water.
It seems to be well maintained.
And no adhan is heard.

The size of the room is on par with Japanese business hotels, that is, it is small.
In addition, since it is a hotel for overnight stays without meals, there are concerns about security, so it is better to avoid it for single women and families.
It's a Chinese environment, so you can hear firecrackers going off and people making noise in the corridor or outside at night.
It may be better to avoid celebrations such as the Chinese New Year.

This hotel is located in a mausoleum
Therefore, you can appreciate the uniqueness of the Chinese atmosphere.
The lobby is on the 1st floor, but sometimes it's closed because the janitor is out to make the bed.
Also, I visited at 12 o'clock before check-in, but it seemed that it was ready and I was put in the room, so I can expect a flexible response."
