This hotel is really amazing! As soon as you enter the lobby, you feel very grand. The staff, Longxiang, is very enthusiastic and the check-in speed is super fast.
The room was clean and tidy, the bed was extremely comfortable, I had a good sleep. The facilities are also very complete and have everything you need.
The location is also very good, it is very convenient to travel and there are many fun places around.

房間很好，有大陽台，內有檀香，服務熱情，到房間餐廳工作人員都送到門口，還幫着拎包，贈送有果盤。卧具舒適，房間沒有新開店的味道。預約的活動都主動通知，還主動延遲退房一個小時。唯一缺點就是沐浴，坐便區域的門是透明，缺乏私隱，帶小孩子不方便，建議換水波紋或磨砂門。

這次入住感覺還不錯，酒店位置便利，周邊出行、吃飯都方便。房間乾淨整潔，設施也齊全，住起來很舒服。前台瓏香、瓏喜服務態度熱情，辦理入住很快，整體體驗比較滿意，房間佈置簡約實用，床品乾淨，睡起來舒適。早餐雖説種類不是特別多，但也能滿足基本需求。工作人員都很有禮貌，有問題也能及時解決，整體體驗不錯，酒店環境乾淨，房間打掃得很及時，沒有異味。房間設施正常使用，沒有遇到什麼問題。出行方便，下次有機會還會考慮入住。

酒店就在龍興寺旁邊，周邊吃飯，遊玩和購物都很方便。但是酒店房間存在問題：1.沒有窗户，完全不透氣，十分悶熱，衹能迫使人不斷敞開大門透氣，但又因此喪失了私密性，並且開門之後，周圍環境非常吵鬧。2.房間透明玻璃一側裝修了一個百葉窗，但是窗户拉繩壞了，打電話叫前台派人來修理，但是半天沒有人來，晚上睡覺的時候，百葉窗這裏透光嚴重，非常影響睡眠，導致我凌晨深夜也無法入睡，非常糟糕的入住體驗！！！非常糟糕！！！睡起發現百葉窗透光問題，又給前台打了電話，但是，沒有提供任何幫助！！！非常糟糕！！！

服務：酒店的服務非常周到，員工們都很熱情友好。小琪、小敏、小沈從入住到退房，每一個環節都讓人感受到貼心的關懷，幫我們把行李送進房間，退房時又送到停車場。酒店還提供了各種禪修活動，由於時間較緊就體驗了禪茶，聽導師講茶道的起源很不錯的，讓客人在放鬆身心的同時，也能感受到禪文化的魅力。
