服務不錯，有需要可以跟前台小姐姐發微信然後會安排人幫忙解決，早餐是送到房間。環境很不錯，因為我們有帶狗特意看了小紅書才過來的。但是園區裏遛狗還是需要牽繩

房間取暖設備非常多，也可以自己控制温度，比一般中央空調好多了。晚上睡覺非常安靜，早餐是送餐，非常豐盛。感受挺好的～

沒有驚喜，設施、房間陳設都很一般，動物倒是有幾衹吧。服務水平就是招待所水平，談不上熱情也沒有臭臉。餐飲配套差、早餐難以下嚥、周邊配套差。就環境還可以。彭州一千多的價格，還是覺得有點失望。

房間還是可以的，就是浴室小了一點。不滿意的一點就是灰塵很大。服務態度也挺好的，很有耐心。羊駝很可愛。
