Decepção total: deixamos o hotel no mesmo dia
Infelizmente, essa foi uma das piores experiências que já tive em hotéis ao redor do mundo. O colchão era extremamente duro, o café da manhã muito fraco (com direito a leite e frutas estragadas), o estacionamento ficava distante do hotel e o vaso sanitário era desconfortavelmente baixo.
Só para ter uma ideia, a estadia estava planejada para 5 dias, mas fizemos o checkout no mesmo dia, perdendo o valor investido e optando por outro hotel. Estávamos em família (3 adultos e duas adolescentes de 15 anos), o que tornou a situação ainda mais frustrante.
O único ponto positivo foi o atendimento da recepcionista, que foi atenciosa e profissional. Inclusive, acredito que ela tem potencial para trabalhar em um local que corresponda à qualidade do seu atendimento.

Hotel muito bom
Tudo maravilhoso. Ficamos hospedados pra poder ficar próximo ao parque e foi a melhor escolha que fizemos. Hotel novo, quarto aconchegante e camas confortáveis; banheiro muito bom e o chuveiro parece de spa. café da manhã variado e muito bom. Voltaremos mais vezes.

Hotel limpo, próximo ao Beto Carrero e com bom café da manhã. Wi-Fi muito fraca. Estacionamento para carros localizado a aproximadamente 200m do hotel. Em períodos de chuva torna-se uma grande desvantagem.

Local aconchegante e familiar,café da manhã farto e variados. Recepcionista super gentil e simpática. Acomodação confortável, roupas de cama e banho branquissima. Tv e ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. Viemos num grupo de 15 pessoas para uma excursão ao parque Beto carrero, fica bem perto 10 minutos de carro. Eu recomendo muito esse hotel!!!
