I was here for 2 nights, most of the time no one was at reception, on the first night when I open the bed found the sheets dirty and with hairs. Breakfast was poor there wasn't glasses, napkins and the cutlery was dirty. Coffe machine wasn't working properly bread was hard. Very disappointing it's a shame because it's well located, the room it self is good and spacious.

Well, no more. Staff cannot speak fully english, breakfasts are terrible - 2 types of cheese, 2 types of ham, one salam. No eggs, no vegetables... And cockroach in bathroom... I am sorry, this "hotel" was a really mistake for me and my team...

The menu and the price looked good but the food was cold and the vegetables and fries looked like they where out of the freezer.when we questioned about the food being cold the waiter did not even apologise

Unfortunately our experience at this place left a lot to be desired. We purchased our stay through Odisseias. When we got there they had allocated us a studio instead of a hotel room (Hotel Katekero II is part of the complex and was the voucher we bought), which would have been excellent, if it weren't for the studio's dilapidated state. - Bed in need of maintenance and super uncomfortable mattress - black-out curtains that let light through (before 8am it was daytime inside the studio) and one of the curtains was damaged - hair in the bathtub, bathroom mirror light broken - oven with parts falling out - items from other guests in the accommodation... The worst of all is when we alerted the people who work here, the response was that they already knew everything, they even had a list, but they couldn't do anything. It is what it is! There are no rooms available, and in any case the apartment where we were placed was already going to be rented traditionally (Translation: we're not going to arrange any of this...). If a space is not capable of accommodating people, don’t do it!! If it weren't for the location and getting up very early we certainly wouldn't have stayed here!

We stayed as a couple in a room for 4 people, therefore very spacious. I don't know if the double rooms are the same. All the rooms overlook the street: be careful, on Saturday evening we heard loud music coming from a boat, until late at night. Apparently it's a problem that repeats itself over the weekend. Free parking a few meters away. Abundant breakfast buffet with lactose-free and gluten-free products, congratulations for this attention! If you are looking for a characteristic hotel this is not for you, but if you are looking for essential and good value for money yes (60.- Euro/night room for 4 people)
