I love the service and how beautiful the place is! I have been here 3 times now and they never disappoint. I wish the kitchen stayed open a little later but other than that I love everything there! The food is phenomenal too! The fajitas? Wow! Great idea adding a pool and resort type feeling there. I can see this being great for groups of friends too! Not just couples. Great time!

Amazing place! We stay at the romance bamboo villa, perfect villa, with jacuzzi on the lake view, big bed and very special and beautiful design. The food in the restaurant in high level so delicious The hotel staff are kind and generous, help with everything. Perfect stay for relaxing and enjoy :)

It was such a beautiful place! On top of having a nice comfy bed and a unique glamping set up, the service and attention from the staff was top notch. Serghio, Steven and Raul, especially, helped us out really well! Would def recommend this to anyone.

I am a very loyal client of Atma villas, I have visited this hotel for around 10 times aprox and I can say that Atma is no longer the place it used to be, here I am listing the reasons why this is no longer an option for me and my husband: 1. Organization and experience has drastically changed: you can definitely tell they changed the admin, there is a huge disaster in reception with your billing, you need to triple check that they didn’t make a mistake. I was here on Sept 2 to the 3rd and they had a complete disaster with my billing, one of the ladies had to manually take the calculator then they called to say I had a pending charge, and then they said it was a mistake… totally off. 2. Menu is not always fully available: they also have had problems with the chef, there was a time that they were only offering pasta, the mexican menu was not available, the pizza area was closed and we were extremely limited with the options. 3. The deck is no longer fun: they used to have a DJ in Saturday afternoons, the last 3 times I have been there, I haven’t seen the DJ and the deck is closed at night, you cannot go there and have dinner… they ask you to stay in the Mexican bar… deck is empty starting at 7 pm and there is no life whatsoever… BORING 4. Be careful with the prices: double check the prices, I ordered a Kayak service as in their WhatsApp catalog the price was 40K the first hour, while ordering the service they said it was 80K the first hour. I had to complain with the admin and show the catalog price listed in their WhatsApp, I ended up paying the 40K but it definitely really is a bad experience they haven’t updated their prices. 5. Organization is bad: they are all over the place with the prices, with the menu (if the chef is not there, nothing runs) they have become extremely capitalist, even breathing there has a price really… I used to love Atma a lot because it is indeed paradisiac but the latest experiences have been terrible. Price vs quality and experience received is not the best. Sorry but take the previous admin back. Josue.

I didn't stay there but ate dinner and breakfast. The food was absolutely delicious and the service impeccable. We had ordered a pizza but since the oven was having difficulties, the manager gave us complimentary appetizer of nachos and we ordered something else. The next morning, we had the fluffiest pancakes and huevos rancheros there, both excellent. I would go back in a heartbeat.
