Attention! L’hôtel est très éloigné de guatape par une piste très chaotique où seul un bon 4x4 peut passer. Mais ça c’est juste la mise en garde. Une fois qu’on le sait pas de soucis. Nous avons fait le choix d’arriver en lancha. Après une heure de trajet nous arrivons à l’hôtel. Nous avons été accueilli par les gardiens qui nous annoncent que l’hôtel est fermé. Nous avions une réservation… personne n’a jugé bon de nous prévenir que celle ci ne pourrait être honorée. On ne nous a apporté aucune assistance et nous avons dû à nos frais faire le trajet d’une heure retour sur guatape. La seule suggestion du gardien était de nous diriger vers un hôtel à proximité 3 fois plus cher… alors attention!!!!! L’hôtel est fermé plusieurs fois dans l’année mais vous pouvez quand même réserver et personne ne vous avise qu’on ne peut vous recevoir! Pensez à les contacter avant de vous y rendre. Sinon ça vous vaudra 2h de piste allez retour et 180 000 pesos de taxi de guatape…
