The entire resort of Perdido Sun is going through a remodel which should be completed by May of 2025. Guests can expect loud noise during this construction during the hours of 8am to 6:30pm Monday through Friday that affects every unit with workers present earlier and also on weekends doing less noisy work than what they are doing on weekends. We have discounted the nightly rate during the construction process for those who would still like to come and enjoy our beautiful beaches despite the construction noise. If you enjoy taking naps during the day during this construction, this resort is not for you until after construction is completed. If you don't mind the noise during the day because you will be out exploring, then this could be a very affordable retreat directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Melody Of The Sea Condo provides a private balcony for lounging, as you capture the sights of the beautiful sunsets greeting the ocean.
