Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The front office was welcoming. Breakfast was the best ever. The housekeeping staff are perfectionists. We have stayed at this hotel before, what a treat to return. Every employee deserves five stars. They treated us like family.

I booked a room at this hotel, and then they canceled the reservation the day of my stay because I had recently changed my card. They only sent me one email late in the day about the cancellation, which I did not get in flight. I showed up to the property at nearly midnight and was told they had no rooms and that I could try a hotel across the street. For this inconvenience, they offered me 5,000 Bonvoy points and didn’t even respond to my follow up emails. I’m extremely disappointed in this experience and the customer service and would advise you to look elsewhere.

We had such a wonderful experience thanks to Christopher in the breakfast area! He went above and beyond to make breakfast truly magical for our granddaughters, ensuring they had everything they needed and more. His kindness, attentiveness, and warm personality made all the difference. We’re so appreciative of his exceptional service—thank you, Christopher, for starting our mornings with joy!

Contracted Security staff was completely unaware of surroundings or activity. They walked around watching their phone, not at all alert or engaged looking for possible security concerns. As a former senior business leader who managed security, this would be a cause for termination, because it puts hotel and guest at risk.

Check in was easy with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, very clean with comfortable bed. The included breakfast provided numerous options in a well kept dining area. An extra bonus was the complimentary shuttle that is available for both airport run and local establishments. Location was perfect, close to many restaurants and stores. It is located a little distance from downtown Pensacola, but an easy 15 minute drive. Great place- great Marriott property!

The front desk Manager Antonio and their shuttle driver were extremely kind and welcoming. They both went above and beyond to help us when we arrived in very late after a horrendous travel day with a cranky two year old a million bags. The room was cool and clean. Continental breakfast as good as any but the service would have us coming back, they even allowed a late checkout to accommodate our toddlers morning nap! The black out curtains in the rooms are perfect for those with littles napping during the day. Just a note for parents: there is no door to the kitchenette, we used luggage on a chair to block it off easily.

The staff members at this location went above and beyond. We had a voucher due to travel and it seemed they did even more to make our stay comfortable. They are so appreciated by our family. And the rooms! So nice! Also the man who drives the shuttle is really nice and professional. Thank you for allowing us to rest in such a welcoming place. And the beds are comfy!

We just left the Residence Inn this morning. We were there for five days. It was a wonderful experience. The staff (special shout out to Ryan!) went above and beyond to help us in every way that we needed. The hotel and the grounds were immaculately kept. We had a special-needs person with us, and they were so friendly, and made everything so welcoming. Highly recommended!
