Horrible food. No salt No flavour No NOTHING The rooms are mid quality and for a hotel of 4 stars I give it a 2 (cause I’m trying to be nice) The service is amazing (as in the receptionists are very welcoming) but I feel like the poor employees are being that nice because they need to hide the fact that everything else is hell.

Staff was friendly & nice but the room was not great. We thought we had booked a room with a balcony but it turns out we didn’t. We stayed on the ground floor with a green house as a garden. The rooms in the photos are NOTHING like the rooms on the first floor at all. The bath taps was on the wrong way round ,stains on the bathroom mirror and there was no plug for the bath also there was always a funny smell coming from our room. Air con was good and the food and drinks was good. However there isn’t much around the hotel to do.

I was really worried about going after reading the reviews, however we had a wonderful holiday. Went here with my partner for our first holiday to Corfu, we are in our 40’s. I paid extra for a lateral side sea view, the view was so beautiful, a mix of mountains and sea, was so happy with this. The room was well air conditioned which was definitely needed. The hotel and rooms are not brand new, however they were very very clean and comfortable and the rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels. The food was lovely, very tasty, plenty to choose from. Plenty of salads, meat dishes, fish and vegetarian dishes. They were also different at every meal time so tried plenty of different foods. There was also Greek dishes. The pool snacks weren’t amazing and maybe could have been made fresh so didn’t dry out, also I’m vegetarian and like healthy food so would have liked fresh fruit, however nothing to moan about as I was really full from x3 buffet meals per day. The pool was lovely, lovely temperature and clean. Sunbeds not always available as people would hog them for the day but we didn’t go early morning, in the afternoon, there was still plenty of seating area. English music played by the pool. Everyone happy and seemed to be enjoying their holiday, was a good vibe there. There was a shuttle bus x4 times a day to Benitses and back again, easy to book, beach was absolutely gorgeous and had restaurants and shops there. The sea was 5 mins away, lovely for swimming and snorkelling, no beach there. There was a bus stop on main road 2 mins from hotel to Corfu Town and to Benitses. Easy to catch the bus into Corfu town, had a swim there too. There was a shop in the hotel and next to the bus stop. Also a travel shop where we booked an excursion to Paleokastritsa, coach picked us up for 4 hours, really enjoyed that and very reasonable, £42 for two of us. We walked up the hill to Achilleon Palace, took about 45 minutes. Recommend going early morning before it gets too hot as it is steep. Views there was heaven! Only 5euros each to look around gardens, the palace is being renovated. Lovely cafe with gorgeous views. All in all this was amazing value for money and to think how worried I was, I wanted to share my review to anyone else worrying like I did. People are quick to give bad reviews but don’t always give reviews when good. I’m not sure why there were so many bad reviews. If you want 4+ stars I would expect to pay a lot more money. This was good value for money and positive experience. Everyone else there seemed to be happy too!

When you consider what the rest of Corfu looks like then you realise that all this hotel needs is a freshen up. The bar staff are great, polite, chatty and helpful ( these people make the hotel really). The younger reception staff could really do with some customer service training as I personally found them quite abrupt. Like most holiday destinations this hotel caters really for the French and German tourists rather than the English even though I had Learnt the basic Greek phrases. We had two rooms for our party and they were located round the back of the restaurant and kitchen (rooms 210 and 212) our room (210) was great as it was clean and tidy with no passing traffic so to speak. Our daughter’s room (212) however was beside the kitchen and they could hear noise right through the night. Car hire from the Hotel can be a bit frustrating as we were told one price which went up by £30 when the hire people arrived. I would suggest walking down the hill to the chap opposite the shop. Good guy and very fair. Overall a good hotel but I wouldn’t have picked it myself.

We are a couple 20 and 19 and this was our first holiday abroad. We had a few issue with our stay however the biggest issue was our room was left unlocked and viably open a total of 3 times by the maid and the reception were not understanding of the situation and were dismissive. Hotel information is not up to date as we got over taxed. Photos are also about 5 years out of date. The food was basic however there was something for everyone. However there were no Greek dishes which was disappointing. There we also frequent power cuts Good was also not always labelled so managing and allergy would be difficult. That being said the bar and pool staff were lovely. The weathers amazing. We did a boat trip to blue lagoon which we booked in a shop down the street from the hotel we couldn’t recommend it enough it was amazing. The locals are so welcoming and the local gyros was so good.

My partner booked this for my birthday and was very disappointed with the room we were given. He booked a double garden view room however the ‘garden view’ was the car park and we were given twin beds. The room was also very different to the photos online. The room was clean however it is false advertising. My partner asked about swapping rooms and explained the situation however we had to pay to move to a room that matched the pictures. He was told there were only a few room that were the pictures online. we did swap rooms and it was immediately more modern and comfortable to be in. the food was okay, not much of a variation which was disappointing. The snack bar wasn’t so much snack as it was burgers, hot dogs and chicken nuggets so more lunch/dinner food. There are a few places to eat nearby that we went to a few times which were lovely. overall it was a lovely holiday however very disappointing that the room wasn’t what was advertised online

After reading through the reviews we were all abit worried on what it was going to be like, however when we arrived it was all fine. Me and my friends would specifically like thank Vicky and Spiros for their amazing service! They were both very friendly and welcoming, they made us feel comfortable and kept us entertained. we might even consider coming back😁 The pool was open during the day until 20:00, the pool was bigger than we thought and was nice. The beach was close, it was about a 10minute shuttle, the shuttle was free, you just book at reception. In the evenings on tuesday, thursday and saturday they provided entertainment which was great. There was pool and air hockey available which we would play after our drinks. The food was ok, it ranged with all different types of things like chicken, pork, potatoes, salads, the puddings were yummy! the only let down was our room. It was right next to the kitchen so it was so loud at 4am, however the rest was great. The cleanliness was average, it wasn’t exactly dirty. Overall the experience was atleast a 8/10, thank you to everyone here.

The room was a complete mess. It was full of hair and dirt and it showed from the start that they had not spent even a minute on trying to clean it. The tv had a handprint and the bathroom was dirty also. I wouldn't recommend ever visiting the hotel. The worst part is that when we asked multiple times for a room change they would not agree.
