Amazing hotel, at a wonderful location, with breathtaking views! Pleasant guests who appreciate and return to the hotel. Very helpful and kind employees. Impeccably maintained gardens and overall high cleaning standards. Delicious, high quality food both for breakfast and dinner. Very well organized kids club. Nice, easily accessible, organized beach, with crystal blue waters! Totally recommend it and cannot wait to return.

I don’t know where to begin with this hotel! An absolute hidden gem we are so glad we stumbled across! Originally booked at the king Jason zante who cancelled our holiday last minute and left us with no holiday and not much time to book an alternative, after days of searching Instagram we came across the Elix Mar Bella and all I can say is thank god the king Jason cancelled us!!!! The hotel , view, scenery is all absolutely stunning!! Prosecco on check in, and shown to our suite with a beautiful private infinity pool! The room was thoroughly cleaned daily, not a single ounce of dirt! We had the signature life package and so our mini bar was repelled daily and then house keeping would come around again at night to see if you needed anything at all. The bed is extremely comfortable, seperate sofa area. Huge double wardrobes! The pool was just incredible!! We stayed here most of our holiday!! Pictures just don’t do it justice! The food was beautiful at the restaurants and at the buffet! Always hot. Lots of variety! Just beautiful! We had several lattes and cappuccinos - Bean to cup coffee with steamed milk- no cheap artificial coffee machine coffee! We had a pizza at the beach bar one day which was massive but they boxed up what was left so we could take it away! The ONLY thing I could possibly nitpick at if I had to find a negative was the kids 🤣 as a childless couple, the screaming children next door or at the buffets teamed with the child who would get up and run riot at 6am in the room above us- not great! Shame it’s not adults only / have a seperate area of suites for adults only. The hotel is honestly the most beautiful we have ever stayed in, the holiday the best we have ever had! It will take so much to top the Elix mar bella!! We have serious holiday blues!!!!

Lovely Hotel beautiful views, didn’t see lots of children as stated in other reviews ,and the ones we did see were well behaved , The staff are very friendly and work so hard especially aggeliki at the beach bar she is always smiling and so polite , she’s a credit to the resort.

If you are thinking of going somewhere different , beautiful and relaxing...Elix is for you! From the moment you enter the environment feels like paradise, the smell ,the view and all the people are so kind! The food unexpectedly good! Not the typical buffet food. There was a great variety of choices in both food and desserts...! The room had the most amazing view, the sea when you were laying down looking outside, was literally on my feet giving you the feeling that you are touching the water! I was enjoying the sunset just from my bed! The people there, so professional, everything so well-managed and so heartwarming making you feel comfortable the moment you step in! The fastest service I've ever seen! All these simple makes Elix the most unique hotel in Greece! Thank you so much for everything! We will come back for sure!!!!!❤️❤️❤️

We stayed at the Elix in August. Having read some of the TripAdvisor reviews I was abit worried, mainly about the noise and the size of the pool. The journey from the airport was long, about 1hr 45mins but the driver was excellent and knew the roads well. It was worth the long transfer for a 10 night stay, maybe not for a 7, for me. Checkin was relaxed and we were soon in our rooms. The rooms are large and have stunning views. We were in a part of the hotel with quite a few steps, no lifts. It was fine until my husband badly sprained his ankle on the boat trip. The food at this hotel is excellent, I love that you can eat at the pool for lunch on AI, again so good. The beach area was great, water too choppy to take canoes etc out after lunch but 10am was the best time of day. The pool area was great, never a shortage of sun loungers, good service from the bar staff, the pool was big enough for everyone and never got overly busy while I was there. Yes, maybe one or two kids having a mad half hour here and there but that’s totally normal. Mostly very peaceful. This hotel is remote and the taxi situation in peak times is strained. However the location is so great that we didn’t want to go far anyway. The evening entertainment was low key and chilled out, we really enjoyed it but maybe too quiet for others. I would definitely go again, although maybe early or late season as it was so hot, over 30 most of the time. The wine list had so many really good Greek wines on it, and every member of staff we spoke to knew so much about them. I will definitely be back to this hotel and to this group in the future. The airport heading home is very small, so don’t get there too early as you can’t get through to main area until 2 hours before flight anyway.
