Beautiful hotel in lovely grounds. Staff are amazing and the food is frst rate. Quiet location and you can watch the numerous birds while sitting having breakfast. Only 15 minutes from the airport but you feel transplanted to a tropical garden

Wonderful staff, fabulous gardens and amazing accomodation. From the moment we arrived we were mad to feel so welcome. Had an upgrade room to the Premier suite which is quite frankly amazing....huge bed, massive bathroom with jacuzzi bath and twin showers with a wraparound balcony complete with hammocks. We are not the type of people to relax on our adventures but was more than happy to here

The room was comfortable and beautifully kept, the food was delicious, and the warm, welcoming service made us feel right at home. The attention to detail and relaxing atmosphere made our experience even more special. We would happily return!

This was an amazing stay and a wonderful way to disconnect from the world and reconnect with each other. The staff were super welcoming and helpful. The food was amazing. We enjoyed a couples massage…everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

The landscaping and architecture gives the most amazing tropical feel, with birds and animals around you. The service staff are always willing to help, most speak English. The bird sighting and daily bonfires are a really nice touch. Breakfast options are varied, local and international. Lunch and dinner options are less inspiring and rather pricey, but there are really good options a few minutes away. The WiFi connection was unstable, with limited entertainment options in the room. The rooms are dated though comfortable, dogs on the premises were sometimes loud past midnight. It was difficult to get appointments at the spa without long planning.

In Sazagua we had an amazing experience. The hotel is charming, the garden is lush and has a variety of birds that you can see at all hours. The breakfast is incredible and the restaurant also has wonderful food. But Most of all the service is the best I’ve had in my 9 years living in Colombia. I highly recommend Sazagua!

Beautiful facilities, superb cuisine, perfect spot for relaxing. Staff is attentive and accommodating. We had an hour long relaxing massage perfect for ending your day. Rooms are ample and beautifully decorated. Coffee is available in the room.

I would highly recommend Sazagua Hotel. It is set in beautiful, tropical grounds with lots of lush vegetation and birdlife. Breakfast and food in the restaurant is of an extremely high standard and there is a good choice. Service is excellent at all times. It was a very relaxing place to stay. We also had massages and the hotel organised a coffee tour for us. This was a memorable day . We went to a small coffee farm high up in the hills where David, our guide went to a lot of time and trouble to explain life and the processes involved in coffee production. We were then treated to a delicious lunch. The whole experience felt very natural and authentic and David was an excellent tour guide who spoke English. I would also recommend a visit to Salento and the Corcora Valley.
