Attention !!! Résidence à fuir absolument car Résidis ne rend pas les dépôts de garantie ! Je suis resté plus de six mois dans cette résidence et l’état des lieux de sortie est conforme à celui réalisé lors de mon entrée. Tous les loyers ont été payés et pourtant j’attends toujours le retour de ma caution.

La literie ce résume à un BZ cassé et réparé... Un matelas extrêmement plat, d un inconfort total, le moindre mouvement fait grincer le sommier... Les 2 coussins on ne peut plus mou...dont un coussins qui est décousu...voir photo La VMC extrêmement bruyante, sans parler du réfrigérateur qui fait un bruit insupportable... Le reste est finalement un détail, une seule chaise ..un seul emplacement pour prendre le petit déjeuner l un après l autre... Une douche minimaliste avec un simple rideau... A fuir... Les hôtel 1er prix sont plus confortable ! Seul point positif, la location est propre !
