Worst hotel of our trip. Their website states they speak English. They don’t understand basic English. Waitress that served us didn’t and could not even answer a question about the menu. Had to ask her twice where our drinks were and after 20mins another member of staff arrived with poor English to go over what we had ordered. Food was poor and extremely tough. Restaurant had one other couple dining and yet service was extremely slow. Waitress smelt of cigarettes! Air con not working in our room and instructions in the room were to ask a member of staff to control it from reception. Again she did not understand English! Company not interested in complaints

Lovely, small hotel with good facilities. Located in a semi business environment but easy access to town. Staff and bar/restaurant exceeded expectations. Shame we were not staying longer to enjoy the pool area. Breakfast choice quite reasonable

I achieved my dream to stay in beautiful Perpignan by visiting this hotel! The staff were very French and very friendly. The room was great too with a balcony outside. However the distance you had to travel to get into town was about three miles. It did have an outside swimming pool. Because it was an enjoyable stay in this loveable town surrounded by the Pyrenees mountains I didn't complain about the wardrobe door that didn't shut and electrical sockets that came out the wall! This is not a touristy area but full of genuine and humble French people. Everything is cheap including restaurants etc... Loved it!

Very friendly staff. Excellent chef, amazing salmon!!! Well worth the return visit. A great overnight stay in our way home from Spain. A very comfortable & friendly hotel. We would thoroughly recommend it for an overnight stop, safe parking and comfortable rooms.

Stayed for 1 night on way back from Spain.Feel the plastic palm tree at front door is very naff! Welcome from receptionist very good and friendly. Room more than adequate for 1 night. Shower a little inconvenient in bath, but good flow and plenty hot water. Pool very welcome on such a hot day. Lavazza coffee machine in room and receptionist kindly able to give us decaffeinated coffee for it. As we don't have breakfast, we were able to get coffee at the bar which was great for us. If you can get around the fact that the hotel is right by a roundabout on a major road and there is nothing around it, it is fine for 1 night stay. Not sure I would come again though.

Located on the outskirts of Perpignan in a commercial area but very quiet on a Saturday night, and it was easy to find. A nice welcome from a pleasant English speaking receptionist. A nicely laid out hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool, air-conditioning and wi-fi worked well . Dinner was very good, although the choice of mains was a little restricted we felt, the starters were a little on the expensive side. Breakfast was worth every cent, an amazing choice, far more items available than we have ever had in a hotel in France, and it was kept well stocked up by a member of staff, so always nice and fresh. The swimming pool and area was very welcome on such a hot day. We would visit here again.

Ne pas dépenser son argent pour la suite présidentielle. Point négatif La baignoire balneo ne fonctionnait pas. Chambre avec les murs tachés. Dalles du plafond dans les toilettes avec de l humidité Moisissure dans la douche Point positif Personnels très aimables et accueillant restaurant au top. En conclusion une honte le prix de la suite présidentielle

La salle du PDJ à 8 heures du matin était "hyper froide", c'était désagréable. Cette gêne est compensée par un personnel professionnel et compréhensif. En espérant que la prochaine fois cela sera résolu. Sinon pour le reste tout est parfait, accueil du personnel, chambre bien équipé, restaurant menu qui change tous les jours.....
