I try to stay here at least once a year. The staff is amazing. I usually stay in the presidential suite. The pool is always warm. It's such a relaxing time. I never want to leave. I like sitting by the water at night. Such a nice view. They bring you warm muffins orange juice and coffee for breakfast. You can get your picture taken for their Facebook page if you want, and they always give you 2 bottles of water for your ride home. Thank you for the wonderful stay and we will see you again soon

The room was beautiful. We always get the royal suite. (Gotta have the pool 😊). The staff are amazing. They are always on call 24/7 and are always happy to serve you even if you need a spoon. This place never disappoints. I can’t wait to go again 😊

This was our third visit to Belmere Suites, and it was just perfect as usual. The pool rooms are so much fun, quiet, clean, and romantic. The customer service at Belmere can’t be beat. Michael always makes us feel so welcome, he goes above and beyond to always make sure we enjoy our stay. The location is good, super close to shopping and restaurants if you need to venture out for anything. Will definitely be back. If you are considering staying here for a romantic getaway you should do it, so much fun!

My appointment was cancelled without any notification. I’ve checked email, voicemails, and call logs and don’t have any cancellation confirmations. I called today to find out check in time policies and was told oh we canceled your reservation. I drove hours for this reservation and no decide it was important to contact me and than you gave my room away too.

We gave 5 stars because everything except one thing was so amazing! Your own indoor swimming pool. Big jacuzzi tub. Huge shower could fit 10 people if you wanted to. Room service anytime of day or night! Just wonderful. Front guest personnel so friendly. Our only complaint... take a few extra dollars and get some decent mattresses. One of the most uncomfortable mattresses we have ever slept on.

Not only was the room incredible with the hot tub, fireplace and beautiful open showers, but we were very impressed with kindness of every staff member. Bonuses were also the garage, the incredible walk, and awesome muffins for breakfast in the morning. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely go back again.

The Grand Royal Suite was absolutely beyond our expectations! The pool when you walk in was bigger than we pictured! The sauna was such a nice touch! We really enjoyed the bluetooth speaker at the pool to be able to listen to our own music! We whirlpool was large and comfortable! The shower was sooo relaxing and big!! The bed facing the fireplace was just cozy and awesome! We encountered Michael at the front desk and so glad we did! He was attentive, bubbly and just the perfect person for the job! we will most definitely be back for years to come!

Hot tub did not work at all. Maintenance tried to fix it, but not possible. We received a small concession for the late check out, but felt it was not enough due to the inconvenience experienced and given the fact that we visit several times a year
