Location is superb, with plenty of eateries and bar along the James Street and Northbridge area, and it is a 8 minutes walk to the Perth train station, which links directly to the airport via the Airport Line.
Double room is not too large but very clean and comfortable!

Small rooms but very clean, good bathroom , towels changed daily. Breakfast was included simple but good choice, coffee made to order.
Large common sitting area and separate bar/drinks area.
Opposite noisy hotel on Saturday and Sunday nights, otherwise good location and good stay

The hotel is very nice but unfortunately I was in a room that was extremely close to a very loud night club/venue. This only went quiet around midnight on a Sunday. I was offered a change of room late in the evening - at 11pm - but that was both impractical and largely pointless by that stage. Note that small rooms - at least - don't include a fridge or any coffee/tea making facilities. The dining room covers this to some extent.
