We stayed at the Gala for 9 days. Found the staff pleasent & helpful, the rooms are nice though could do with a iron & ironing board. The breakfast was not great and could defiantly do with another toaster as the Que's were for about 20mins at times. The evening meal was good and had a lot of choice. Location was great, walking distance to the *****. Overall was happy and would stayed here again.

Pessimo. Avevamo la TV ma non il telecomando, non avevamo la password del wifi e i cuscini facevano schifo. Tutele altre camere avevano quello che non ho elencato. Servizio cortese ma scarso. Il cibo non buono e in scarsa quantità. I camerieri non sapevano cosa vuol dire fare il bis e quando siamo arrivati la camera non era pronta.

L'accoglienza è stata buona, la nostra camera confortevole, purtroppo la biancheria non è stata mai cambiata durante il soggiorno di tre notti. Cucina pessima e scarsa nelle quantità. Personale scortese e poco professionale. Cenone di Capodanno da dimenticare.

La posizione è molto comoda, prossima al mare ed abbastanza vicina al centro della città, ma tranquilla anche durante la motte. La stanza e il bagno ampi, ventilati e molto puliti; ottima colazione; grande gentilezza e disponibilità del personale.

Sono stata in gruppo in questo hotel in ogni stanza mancava qualcosa: ho era rotta la tv o il climatizzatore o mancava il frigo come da me. In due settimane non ho avuto il frigo e con questo caldo...La pulizia ha lasciato molto a desiderare mi hanno cambiato le lenzuola solo una volta. Il mangiare assolutamente impossibile molto riciclaggio di pietanze e prodotti scadenti. Niente animazione e l'hotel si trova lontano dal centro storico e nella via non ci sono negozi. Non c'è neppure un bancomat. Insomma un vero disastro. Sconsigliatissimo. T.P.

sono un cliente storico del Gala, che avevo scoperto nel 2006 perchè è aperto tutto l'anno. La struttura non era recente neppure allora, ma aveva uno staff favoloso ed era comodo e pulito. Ci siamo tornati dopo diversi anni ed abbiamo trovato una struttura datata, con qualche carenza di pulizia nelle stanze ed una colazione assolutamente non all'altezza. Veramente un gran peccato perchè in passato eravamo stati benissimo.

Hotel da ristrutturare nelle camere che presentano arredi datati...personale molto disponibile e gentile tranne una signorina poco gentile alle colazioni. Ottimo il personale della reception e le camere pulite. Nel mio soggiorno ho trovato un copriletto macchiato di cibo. Per essere 3 stelle ci vorrebbe più attenzione su certe cose. Colazioni ok
