This place is a dump, and the owner is a nasty bully. It is closed off on both sides by construction sites, which means you can only get out by car -- you take your life into your hands if you leave by foot or bicycle! It is far from Lake Garda -- too far to walk, and as noted, a dangerous road to bike there.

Dated structure, undergoing renovation. “Particular” room with bathroom without privacy. Shower and sink in the middle of the sleeping area. Good breakfast and very friendly wait staff. A little out of the way…. You need a car or bike to reach the lake. High prices for what is offered.

For me, returning to this hotel from child to mother was exciting to say the least. Eros and Lorena have been friends of my grandparents for many years and I absolutely couldn't have gone anywhere else but here! The hotel is very close to everything, Sigurtà garden, Gardaland, Sirmione, Verona. Possibility of purchasing tickets at reduced prices from the very kind Licia at reception. Fabulous breakfast and very kind waitresses. Excellent restaurant. Super functional room and truly top shower!!!!

Hotel located in good location. All in all, acceptable quality/price ratio considering the room is a little dated and without a fridge (room 307). Good breakfast and very kind staff ready to satisfy any request. Free parking.

We arrived late in the evening... but we were welcomed professionally by Mrs. Licia who gave us all the information and the rooms... very abundant breakfast with an excellent choice of raw materials... we will definitely return...

Superbe hôtel vu de d'extérieur. Grandes chambres, mais salles de bains très dégradées....vétustes et usées....pas d'aération dans certaines (312 par ex.). Patron pas très accueillant. La restauration est correcte, quantité et qualité sont au rendez vous.
