"We chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay."

The stuffed tofu is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the salt-baked chicken has crispy skin and tender meat. Every bite is a delight.
