"We had to wait for 30 minutes for a room to get cleaned. We were given a room on the third floor only to find out that the elevator didn’t work! We asked for another room and we had to wait another 10 minutes only to get a room on the second floor. We brought dinner and soda from the store only to find out that there was no ice in the ice machine. So my fiancé went downstairs to ask if we could have some ice from the kitchen and the manager told us that they didn’t have any in the whole building."
