Pros:
-Good value for money, less than RM50 per pax for 4 people
-Comfortable bed (King Koil brand) + new furniture
-The condo is newly build so everything is new
-Free parking at basement
-Swift check-in process at level G, no queue and very fast to get the key from the counter
-kitchen utensils, oven, induction cooker, fridge, all provided
Cons:
-only 2 bottle water provided, no water dispenser machine (pro tips: there is one outside the gym at level 39)
-floor cleanliness can be improved, found some dirt and sand on the floor
-swimming pool is not that clean, also told by the security guard that we can't use the swimming pool that day, not sure the reason
-lift is taking soooooo long time to reach you, suggest to avoid peak hour like noon 12PM checkout time
-quiet surroundings, only have a mart downstairs, everything else need to take car
=Overall, a good experience due to good value for money.

Apart from the cleanliness of the apartment, everything else is hellish.
(1) Check-in took forever! Total 2.5 hours of waiting.
(2) Apartment allocated was occupied! Waited another 30 minutes for a new unit.
(3) Limited lifts to cater for 39 floors and roughly 30 units per floor. Taking the flight of stairs is way much faster than waiting for your turn to board the lift. Sometimes one has to wait for 5 rounds before taking the lift as most of the time, the lifts are usually packed (like sardines).
(4) Location is very challenging to find if you're a first timer. Just have to make sure that one drives slowly upon approaching the location.
{5} Apartment doesn't come with a water dispenser or electricity kettle so one has to fork out additional costs to buy drinking water.
(6) Posting stated toiletries provided but that's not true. Also, shampoos provided are of subpar quality.
(7) Parking is free so that's a bonus.
CONCLUSION: NOT RECOMMENDED.
Should you decide to take the risk and go ahead with the stay, make sure you stay on normal days and not on public holidays like CNY or Raya.

The reception registering me in was efficient and very helpful…. I manage to check in early without any hassle…. The gym here is brand new and fully equipped with a salt water infinity pool overlooking a beautiful scenery…. The bedroom is huge and has large windows with full view of Damansara city…. I really like staying here and have extended my stay for another 3 nights

The units are very new. We got a 2 bedroom unit that has toilet doors that do not open fully restricting entry/exit and wall shelf that is hanging loose on the verge of dropping. Make me wonder if they have quality control or checks before guests checked in.
Thankfully managed to change to a more hospitable 2 bedroom after giving feedback with photos and videos to the check-in staff and requested for a room change.

The room is clean and spacious for four people. What I really loved was the view of the building next door. The service was good too and they have Bila Bila Mart nearby for us to buy snacks
